Location and View from the room as well from the Roof. The apartment owner Hussain is really good guy and helped us a lot . This is a great place to stay for family and especially as a couple. Apartment is on the 19th Floor. And no 1 opp to ur windows, so u get 100% privacy, we kept our curtains opened. Air conditioner were in every room. 2 bathroom . 1 queen size bed, 1 double bed, and sofa alsocab used by kids as it's really comfy. My 9yr liked the sofa more. Kids lol Location is realy great. I walked to night food market, manreka square , river of life and also to painted houmes in art style. For Morning tea there's coffee shops/ restaurant and 7 eleven right beside the market. Aldo the money exchanger is 5 minutes walking distance and gives better rates than Airport. So only convert 220 for taxi to this place. And we were 4 persons with 4 big and 6 small bags. House keeping was done whaever we asked for. And View from the rooms was just great, my kids loved it. We even skipped going up the petronas Towers as my kids felt they already saw everything from our hotel top lol.

A very convenient location to reach most areas one would like to explore around KL. Really good apartment that allows you to feel like at home. Bed very comfortable, amazing views of KL landscape. Pool is amazing, what a little paradise! Communication was easy and all was smooth. Very happy with the whole experience. So much so, we have booked and extra night for our last day in KL. Also the streets behind the apartment has very nice places for breakfast and brunch and check out the amazing Chinese restaurant around the corner! This place is absolutely 100% recommendable.

Conveniently located (walking distance to China town, great views over the high-rise skyline, close to night market and many restaurants and convenience stores). Pool offered refreshment after exploring the city. Check in smooth: responsive owner that gave friendly, clear self - check in instructions. Comfy beds with good linnen.

The apartment could be a little cleaner for my standard. Floor, bathrooms, kitchen were alright but the walls of the apartment could use some wiping and the living room sofa could use some cleaning. Overall, the stay was good for us though.

Good location , local shops and a couple of restaurants selling Indian, Chinese , Malaysian and also western cuisine. The apartment itself was amazing , a home from home , Aircon in bedroom and living area. TV with netflix installed and full kitchen including a washing machine which after a month of travelling was a fantastic addition. Cleaning products were included, ( dish soap some washing powder for the machine , toilet paper and extra bags for bins etc) They have a cleaning service but we declined as we were only there for 3 nights , 4 bath towels etc were supplied . We were on the 36th floor with great views from the balcony. Walking distance to jalan Alor food street and the opposite way to Chinatown . Grab taxis are very cheap if you decide not to walk. The owner/ agent gave us superb communication with clear instructions on how to reach the apartment with codes for keys etc, all very simple.. we were able to contact him via WhatsApp with very quick replies. Vending machines also in the foyer and an ATM we didn't use though Pool on the 6th floor. Now for the best news , I'd lost my wallet , I actually thought I'd dropped it in the room or left it on the bed. I messaged him and he had guests using the room but he said he would ask the cleaners to check as nothing was seen on the floor etc. The next day he sent a picture that the cleaners had found it in the safe with everything inside, money card etc. the new guest hadn't noticed it. He went above and beyond to get my money back to me , he explained how to use the wise app, he would change the £1 s into Malaysian ringits ( I was now back in the UK). After giving the cleaners a reward for their honesty my money was in my account a day after. Honest people still exist! Do not hesitate to book this property if in Kuala Lumpur. A big thank you to everyone at the apartment .

We liked everything ! Hot humid weather not so much and maybe a few chairs could be placed around the pool or fold ups in the apartment to take down there as none was available when we went to the pool.

Good location with restaurant and shops underneath the apartments. Easy to get key and access the apartment. Hosts were great at storing my case and letting me use the pool facilities before my evening flight and good communication.

Wasn’t clear that you needed to turn the heat on for the hot water in the shower 30 mins before using otherwise it’s a cold shower. Very dusty under the beds and behind the sofa needs a bit more attention to detail when cleaning. Aircon in bedroom not very powerful

We didnt know that there is no Concierge and we need to call the number given on Booking.com. But Hussin is a fast-responder and he guided us step by step in how to collect the key. Apartment was clean, spacious, aircon working fine, most things had met our basic needs. Walking to Bukit Bintang took less than 10 mins but you need to have a good walking shoes/sandals as the roads/pavements are bumpy & hilly. There are eating places and grocery stores below the apartment too if you wish you cook in the apartment.

We actually booked for a balcony room but they gave us the one without. Secondly, we have to wait 30mins to use the water heater (since that night was raining) & the water flow was very low as the hose was leaking. Aircon was noisy during the night too.

It was seamless to both book the property and get entry using the lock box. Once in the apartment it was all high quality, clean and well put together. The lounge and kitchen area had all the utensils you'd need to cook for yourself and the television was set up for casting so you could easily sync your laptop or phone up to it. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean and large. The whole place was light, airy and enjoyable to stay for a few days. There was a lovely rooftop pool to chill out and enjoy the view. The location is also pretty good with easy access to lots of places in the city. Would recommend!

no hot water (we turned on the water heater prior and even after an hour there was still no hot water), communication with the host was troubling, don’t book if you arrive in KL before check in time - no luggage storage (we asked and got the answer very late)

10-15 minute walk to both Chinatown and Bukit Bintang, the location is superb. There are plenty of places to eat or buy necessities in the area. The apartment was spacious and adequately clean.

The only confusion was that the cleaners did not come every 3 days as we were told and sometimes it went longer in between, but this was not really a problem for us.
