The accommodation was perfect and exceeded expectations in every sense. I liked most the functionality of the appartment in the situation of limited resources. The choice of kitchen utensils was very handy and practical, the planning of toilet and shower optimal. Everything was very clean. We are most satisfied with our stay.

The customer service team have been very helpful in transferring me to a new room.

What I didn't like was that the dormitory showers and toilet wasn't well maintained which actually lead me to move to a more private room. Hope they can do something about that next time.

I think you guys should have elevator for the people who are travelling with luggage. And I called hotel service center because I have some problem with verifying identity but I can't call and I don't know what you do.

The images were an inaccurate portrayal of the state of the rooms. Bare floors with no rugs etc. There was no sauna and laundry in the building where the room was located and no sauna at all in the whole hostel.

Bathrooms and toilets werent entirely clean, felt a bit like overpriced for a place like that.
