I have stayed here twice and really enjoyed it. The included breakfast was a full menu of options and delicious. I also like that water bottles and espresso are included in the room daily. The laundry room upstairs (coin operated) is a wonderful touch as most hotels only have the laundry service option which is usually unreasonably priced. I enjoyed the heated pool and gym, and being able to ship packages to the front desk. It was a snowy couple of days and there were plenty of cozy spots for my daughter and I to hang out so we didn't have to leave.

I didn't like that a lot of the nearby restaurants are considered bars (even the one on the rooftop) and therefore don't allow kids. Apparently this is a mormon/Salt Lake City thing, I hadn't seen anywhere before. Not a complaint about the hotel necessarily, just something to consider when traveling here with kids- your food options will be extremely limited. There was a nice food hall area nearby and IMAX theater as well as science center for kids.

Decor and location of hotel are amazing. the room was very comfortable and the bathroom was super

The roof top hotel is shared with the connected hotel - quite small and can become very crowded as a result which is a pity. i had picked this hotel (factoring in premium expense over other hotels) thinking the pool would be less crowded and only for those in this hotel.

We were sent to Elements next door - The rooms were very clean and well appointed with lots of amenities .nice view of downtown . A really nice lounge where we could sit and watch tv , relax and watch the rain .

When we arrived we were told the hotel overbooked - so we were sent to another hotel - we were told there was a free breakfast and complimentary beer and wine in afternoon- that never materialized ; the bar closed right as we arrived on Tuesday night ; and the rooftop bar which was heavily advertised was closed for private reception both nights we stayed .

The design of the property was beautiful. The amenities were excellent (especially the bed) and the service was exceptional. All the restaurants are really great, we visited them Adelaide several times during our short stay. The location was ideal and centrally located, it was very easy to go around without a car. Would 100% return!

The only odd amenity was a lamp in the corner of the room which hit our head several times on.

Clean, well appointed hotel with good restaurants in facility. Bed comfortable, very nice bathroom, quiet in general. Well located downtown with easy access to interstate. Personnel very professional and vested in property. Roof top bar and light food great. We hit SLC in perfect weather and sitting outside watching the sun set after a long day of driving was very pleasant. Restaurant had great wine list, good food and quick service. Once again staff was excellent overall.

Rather awkward system for guests who were in the hotel to arrange reservations for restaurants. No concierge service and front desk staff did not volunteer to make this for us when we inquired. We were instructed to go to website and make reservation. I found this cumbersome. This is nitpicking but all other presentation of the hotel was so good I found it odd this was not a courtesy that was offered.

The hotel is beautiful and tastefully appointed. Both modern and warm. There’s a variety of sitting and meeting spaces in the lobby. The rooftop bar has a cool vibe and lovely view of the city. Rooms are designed with perfection. They are on the smaller side but everything is purposeful and functional. The art is interesting and hung well and the decor is elevated. Everything at the hotel felt clean and crisp. The staff, from housekeeping to front desk and valet were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Service at the on-site restaurant was slow and clunky.

Great location, helpful staff, bed was sooo comfortable. Rooftop bar/restaurant was great for both food and views.

Room service comes in a brown bag in take out containers. Food was great but if I’m going to pay full menu price +, I’d like to eat off of real dishes and not with plastic utensils. Call me old fashioned I guess..

Everything was spotlessly clean, rooms smelled of maybe like orange aromatherapy, overall a very nice hotel.

The roof top pool is way too small, for such a nice property and that being a key sell point it should have been bigger or maybe even has a hot tub. There were maybe only 20 people there and it felt very crowded and loud. Kids splashing in pool wild hit you sitting on a lounge chair. Just a good thing to know if you’re booking specifically for roof top pool. It’s tiny.

Location is great and the rooms are clean

Needs better customer service. Concierge was not attentive at all. Merely asked if we needed a luggage cart and walked away upon arrival. Did not great us once as we departed or returned to the hotel. Customer service training is certainly lacking.

Beautiful location with comfortable rooms. Pool and rooftop bar were amazing! Hydration stations for filling up water on each floor. Showers had amazing water pressure. Staff was very kind - we arrived a bit early and they were able to have the room cleaned quickly for our check in.
