We really enjoyed our stay here! It was very central and green perfect if you are att ending a concert at the Schönbrunn Palace.There is free parking at the hotel and the grounds are beautiful. Restaurants and bars are 5 minutes before away. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was also extremely good. The room and bathroom were a good standard, and the hotel bar sold drinks and snacks from 11am.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, but it is worth bearing in mind as its a Conference Center hotel there were some very loud Team building events from about 9.30am so if you are here to enjoy some long lay ins I'd ask for a quieter room, or just check if there are likely to be things like this going on

Well positioned, in the park near Schonbrunn, 10 minutes' walk from the metro station, in a quiet and green area. The rooms are large and clean. The staff was very kind to offer us hot water for tea whenever we needed it. The breakfast, although it was not very rich, had a little bit of everything. The food was fresh and good. We would like to thank Nicoleta for the support she offered us both in terms of the information provided and for the good mood and kindness with which she welcomed us at breakfast.

The mattresses were not very comfortable and I was missing a refrigerator and a kettle.

The hotel is in a nice park, super close to the Schönbrunn. It is like 10min easy walk. Metro is at the same distance. There are also some restaurants within 15min walk for a dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful, we've especially liked that the bar is open until late in the evening. The breakfast was ok for a few days - we've a bit missed any hot meal.

We've rented two rooms, only one out of the four beds was comfortable, the others had a soft hollow under the waist from overusage. It is not a blame as it is stated that there is no air conditioning, but the rooms at the roof level can be quite hot.

Excellent staff. Nice breakfast. A really clean bathroom. Parking for no extra fee was available for my car - though they did not indicate this in the description for some reason. Overall, excellent value, especially if you consider the location: The Schönbrunn Palace is a few steps away and the city center is accessible within ~30-35min via metro U4. Some groceries and restaurants were also nearby.

My room did not have an AC nor fridge - these would have helped, as it was a relatively hot week. Unsure if other rooms had these options, though.

The hotel is located in a very nice quiet location near shonbrunn palace, good access to public transport into the city. Hotel is modern clean room's are well designed and comfortable good bed. Bathroom is excellent too. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of options available. I would definitely recommend the hotel and hope to visit again. I arrived very early from an overnight train and was kindly allowed to leave my luggage in the room and change to go into Vienna coming back later to find my room cleaned and ready for me. Special thanks to the staff on reception for their help and kind hospitality in welcoming me also advising the best way into the city.

The staff are very helpful. Everyone I met during my stay was doing their best to help me by explaining everything in detail. I was going to arrive in Vienna early in the morning, the check-in was only at 2 or 4 pm. I contacted the hotel to ask if I could leave my baggage there before I checked in. They said yes. When I arrived, they made sure the room was ready and let me in at 10! I was so happy after my long overnight trip. The food is wonderful, the compound is very clean, green and peaceful. You can enjoy your breakfast either inside or outdoors in a beautiful park. It takes about 7-10 minutes from the hotel to walk to the underground station and in 15 minutes you’re in the centre of Vienna. One of the most beautiful places in Vienna Schönbrunn is near the hotel, on the way to the metro.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel is in a nice area but about 15 mins by train to city center. The room and the bathroom were clean including bed sheets, pillows and the blanket. The bed was comfortable. The shower was also clean and hot water was available but the water pressure was very weak. It was hardly possible to take a shower! Breakfast was good and had choices. Staff very friendly and helpful and always available. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Lady receptionist was very helpful! Great shower pressure and temperature. Beautiful setting on the grounds of a historical site. Perfect for people travelling with a car as there is lots of parking.

Nearest Metro station was a mile away, so I ended up using cabs and Uber to save time. It would have been good to know this beforehand. While the bathroom was "clean" it seemed that the type of cleaner used could not remove the previous occupants' lingering odors. Not sure if this was a city-wide restriction on household cleaner types (and not an individual hotel issue) since some other restrooms I encountered while exploring the city were similar.

In the time of our visit, the elevator did not work. We did not mind but there were people with small children and pushchair and it was a certain complication for them. However, if the hotel staff knew somebody needs help on stairs, they helped.

We loved that it was a 10 minute walk to the Schonbrunn Palace and the subway station was right next to the palace. Also there is a back door that leads you to the highest place in the palace and it's a flat 15 minute walk from the hotel. They had a restaurant that was not working and the gentleman at the reception was most helpful in ordering take out food for us. It got delivered in about 30-40 mins.
