The location of this hotel is excellent for where we are working. The property has all the necessary facilities and services. The front desk staff are so helpful and polite.

We arrived on a weekend and the bar was not open until early evening. The bar should be open all day at the weekends to support people traveling. Whilst the choice was great at the bar, there was never anyone around to serve. We had to constantly go to the front desk to ask them to find someone. When they did appear from the back, they looked irritated they had been disturbed, served you and then promptly went back into the back room. This was whether people had food orders in or not. I would suggest new bar staff are need or at least make sure they are in the bar when it is open.

The room was amazing, clean and welcoming, the bathroom and shower were spotless. Check in was painless and staff was beyond friendly I felt like I was catching up with a long lost family member.

The only one thing I could gripe about is how worn out the mattresses were. That being said I know that this issue can be subjective based on individual preferences so take it for what you will.

Particularly nice hotel has a mini-Starbucks cafe in lobby. Quite comfortable bed. Hotel is located in low traffic area that is suitable for walking. About a mile away is a large "market-place" with restaurants, shops, grocery store and movie theater.

Fitness room is rather small for size of hotel.

The staff at the front desk was so kind and pleasant. The woman who checked us in was really quick and answered questions well. The bed was super comfortable and clean (I always check beneath the sheets!). It was super cold the day we checked in and room was immediately cozy.

The team were brilliant - so friendly and accommodating. The shuttle bus to get to our work site and to take us to restaurants is a great option

Front Desk staff at check in was very nice and and attentive. Was pleasantly surprised that you increased the number of times the room was cleaned during my week long stay

You should go back to cleaning the room every day. Seems that prices are up and service is down

The Hotel is great as usual, very clean and up to my usual expectation of this chain. The staff were amazing and very cooperative. They kept my amazon delivery even after my checkout. really appreciated.

The free WiFi is a little bit slow.

Convenient, location great happy for the night time bistro so we did not have to go out

The facility location is convenient to where we were to attend a function and since we had stayed there previously it met our expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend this facility.

I would have liked to have booked directly with the facility rather than through booking.com. I could possibly have been able to get a discount being a member of the AAA. That of course was my mistake not yours...

Very modern.

Pool wasn't ready for the first few hours..it was fixed and my girls were able to enjoy the stay 😁
