The bed was comfortable, room and bathroom were clean, I was very happy about that. Another couple came with us and I asked to have the rooms next to each other and they weren't. But when I mentioned it to the gentlemen he changed it right away and even upgraded me to a suite free of charge. And it was right next to our friends room. They had eggs, sausage, waffles, danish, bagels, apples, cereal, the food was like you would get at any other hotel/motel.

We only stayed one night, but the pillows are very thick, and that kind of bothered my husband and me. But now our friends said they didn't bother them at all. We are not use to such thick pillows.

Our stay was nice. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Aside from someones old wash rag that was hanging on a hook in the bathroom, the place was pretty clean. We only booked our room as a place to crash for the night so we didn't use any of the amenities but we would stay here again for the same purpose for sure.

There was a hole in the wall with wires capped off where something used to be plugged in and I think it was the smoke detector because we couldn't find one elsewhere in the room. I would consider this a safety hazard more than a "not like".

Location was good for the events we were going to. Staff was very nice. Bed was comfortable and warm. Heat worked well. I really like the shower board. Breakfast in the morning. Also you can checkout anytime. Overall great experience.

Didn't like that we couldn't find the hotel. Apparently, the name Best Western is in their sign not Harrisburg Inn and Suites. We had to call them to find out where they were. Gps did say that we where at the right location. It was just the name was not what my reservation was for. I think the gentleman told me they are waiting for the sign to come in. Very confusing when traveling.

This was a very nice updated hotel, our room had a king size bed plus a queen size bed. The bathroom has very nice 3 LED lights that you can also turn the heat button on so your mirrors don’t fog during your shower.

The indoor pool was closed, and you had to have your cards reactivated everyday to get into your rooms

Room was nice size, very clean, a/c worked great!!! Frig and coffee pot in room. All good!! Beds were comfortable and soft, loved having 4 regular size pillows per bed. By the looks recently renovated. Very happy would stay again!!

Nothing really, pool was closed but that happens. Not a deal breaker with the review.

It was clean, and the staffs were kind. The heated indoor pool was nice, too. The bed was comfortable. I would stay again when I go to the area again. It was great 😊

There was some smell in the room. The breakfast was not bad, but there was no protein. It was listed on the paper they gave me what would be served for the breakfast, but they were not there for the breakfast.

Sometimes in the morning you can see deer in the grass by the parking lot.

The tub room needs redone bad. The wallpaper is peeling off. The carpet smells, the tile on the tub is cracked bad. The headboard had oily handprints all over it. The window didn’t have a screen and there was garbage right under the window.

Our stay was very nice the room and facilities were very clean, the bed was very comfortable. We definitely stay here again. They even had a pool but we only stayed one night. Next time we definitely take advantage of the pool.

The location was good. The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. Place was clean, needed some cosmetic stuff but nothing that would prevent me from staying here again.

Just people being loud and closing doors loudly; but that’s nothing against the hotel or staff.

Rooms were nice and cozy. They had a mini refrigerator and microwave which was helpful. Breakfast menu was great for the price.

The corridors seemed a little unclean (I have allergy and could feel that).
