Great location that felt safe, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, friendly staff.

Located in an old building built around communal courtyard that had a very large metal.door for the entrance. My room was located directly above this & people were coming & going all night. The slamming of the metal door reverberated around the courtyard & made sleeping, even with earplugs very difficult. I would recommended asking for a room away from building entrance (avoid room 207).

Location, location, location. This is really a perfect location. It is central to everything, it is quiet in the night and very alive during the day. It is close to very good restaurants, close to taxi's, close to the harbour. The rooms are comfortable, the shower and the beds are great. Best I have had in a long while in hotels, the breakfast was very nice and tasty the staff was willing to help you if you wanted something else or special. and the Wifi is really good and realable. What more do you want? I really think that there is no better place to stay in Napels. I would definitely book this hotel again.

I didn't really liked the stairs, but that was because it was a really old stair from stone and it was not very straight anymore. But thats what you get in an old and historical building. Fortunately there is a elevator so you have a choice. So not really a problem, but since I had to find something to write about what I disliked then maybe this is it.

A lovely old building set around a courtyard in a central location. High ceilings, large rooms and a magnificent breakfast room, although you’d never guess it from the entrance. The staff on the reception desk where helpful and attentive, with great suggestions for local restaurants.

Despite the beautiful building, sadly I suspect the current management may be cutting too many corners to save money. Plastic table cloths, no bottled water in the bedroom, photocopied signs directing you to the breakfast room; it wouldn’t spoil your stay, but it feels like it could be the start of a slippery slope towards 2* which would be a shame. However, for now, it is still an absolute gem.

The entrance to the hotel is difficult to find ! We arrived late in the evening and the hotel is located in a courtyard behind very impressive tall gates ( through which there is a small access door ). When the gates are closed it is difficult to see where the hotel is - it could be the entrance to a warehouse - although we subsequently noticed a small plaque on the wall with the name of the hotel on it . We were lucky to meet a couple coming out through the access door who enlightened us ! We were not alone and met others who had the same problem.

Great location in the middle of Via Toledo with easy access to transportation, restaurant, bars, sightseeing and much more. The Hotel is not your typical cookie cutter hotel, has a lot of character, definitely a southern Italian experience as the Hotel is inside this older buiding. The staff that we dealt with Francesca at the front desk was super! Kind, patient, extremely helpful and always with a smile. The only thing was the fridge, wasn’t really cool, we only stayed one night so we didn’t complaint about it. Would stay here again.

We loved this hotel. Perfect location just off via Toledo giving easy access to the main sights and travel options. The staff were so friendly, warm and accommodating. The room was so spacious, comfortable, cool with AC. Fresh linen everyday was a fantastic element we weren't expecting. The breakfast selection was really good,

The only thing I didn't like was there were occasionally tiny bugs and mosquitos in the bathroom, and tiny crawlies on the bathroom floor. They were small and few, didn't affect our stay, and were not in the bedroom. probably part and parcel of the warm environment but that's the only thing I can think of and it wasn't an issue enough to report it

Yes, the building is antique. Yes, the facilities are basic. So, if you are looking for spa, room service and Netflix - it is definitely not the place. It is a Bed and breakfast place. But it is a perfect Bed and breakfast! The location is 5 stars. Close to metro, Alibus airport shuttle stop and major tourists points such as Maradona square and catacombs. The stuff is amazing. Very helpful with any issue. We came to the Napoli game and Francesca explained us the best way to get to the stadium. I would definitely get back again.

A few things were excellent. Outstandingly friendly and helpful staff. On arrival front desk staff will give you a map of the city and an explanation of where the interesting areas are. They will also give detailed public transport explanations, which signs to follow to find trains. The breakfast room was something out of a classic period movie and the hotel corridors and rooms were beautifully decorated. Hotel is in the perfect location to explore Napels.

The hotel was perfectly positioned so we could walk to all the places we wanted to see and only a few steps from the Toledo train station. Receptionist Daria went above and beyond at check-in with pastries, water and detailed information about the area. Spacious room for 4, comfortable beds with AC and good shower water pressure. The balcony with the street view was a bonus. The elevator comes in handy with large pieces of luggage.

The hotel could do with some signage outside but even without it, it was not hard to find.
