The hotel is very beautiful and close to most of the places you want to go. If it's not close, they have very professional and knowledgeable guides and drivers that will take you to Angkor Wat or wherever you want to go. I was always greeted with an ice cold bottled water and a chilled washcloth when I was done with the temple/temples, and they truly wanted to make my experience as awesome as it could be. The same can be said of the hotel staff. Davis was my concierge and he was very professional and personable. He would politely prompt me to ensure I had everything I needed and that I was tracking exactly when and where I needed to be for the next meet-up or appointment. The entire staff was very attentive and professional, and I truly felt they were always looking to make my vacation as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. I got both the traditional Khmer massage and a Thai message from Mrs. Sin and both were amazing. The room was very comfortable and relaxing, and Mrs. Sin was as professional as she was proficient. I definitely recommend the massages. They were phenomenal! The restaurant was great as well. I ate breakfast there every day and it was always fresh and tasty. The food was delicious and it came out quickly. They have both an Asian and western menu to suit most tastes. In all, this stay was in the top three of my life! I'm 54 and have been to 34 different countries, and I don't say that lightly. Stay with them and see for yourself! Don L.

Wow, just wow! Don’t actually know where to start. This is hands down the best place we have ever stayed at. We booked the honeymoon suite for 4 nights in Jan 2024 and it was just special. A big thanks to all the staff at the hotel for making our stay as good as it was and giving us the 5* treatment. We were greeted on arrival by Sear, who has to be one of the nicest and most enthusiastic person I’ve met in a long time. He just wanted to make sure we had a great time during our stay. He took the time to get to know us, what we were looking for during our trip and what we had already planned. We had already arranged tours, so didn’t use the hotel to organise them; even though that is an option. However, we explained to Sear then we had a sunrise tour of the temples planned for the next day and he arranged for a food and drink box for us to take away in the morning. Between 4 and 5 the hotel hosts an afternoon tea session, which is just amazing with a selection of Cambodian treats. As we arrived at around 3pm, we just wanted to head out and explore Siem Reap town on the first day so missed it. However, when we arrived back in the evening, we were told they didn’t want us to miss out, so they brought some tea and treats to our room. This sums of the hotel staff; just amazing. After our first day of exploring the temples, Sear arranged for my partner and I to have massages (complementary) in the evening at the hotel. Again, an extremely nice touch and completely unexpected. We finally got to have Breakfast at the hotel the next morning and it was lovely. A very good selection that is freshly made for you. We arrived back at the hotel after day 2 of exploring the temples and were told they had arranged something special in our outside bath….again wow! The flower decorations must have taken ages to prepare. The final day we went to a cooking class that we arranged ourselves, then chilled at the lovely pool area in the afternoon. Pool area is brilliant!

The property is beautiful, the rooms are clean and spacious . The staff was helpful and polite, room was kept tidy all the time . I got a free room upgrade, and although the hotel is far from pub street they offer complementary tuk-tuk to take you. Also, the included breakfast was very good.

Beverages were expensive compared to outside restaurants.

Such a wonderful place!!! We spend 5 nights at Mane Boutique Hotel. Everything was perfect: the big room decorated with old furniture, the swimming pool clean and quiet, the beautiful garden, the complementary teatime everyday with delicious sweet cakes, the complementary tuk-tuk to go outside, good massages but above all the staff is incredible….they are always helpful, smiling and very efficient to help us to organize our stay. Many thanks to all the team!!! We travel a lot all around the world and Mane Boutique Hotel is in our top 3!!! Book and Enjoy!!!

Everything was perfect

We had a wonderful room - the honeymoon suite- with a very private deck complete with an outdoor bath. The pool was lovely, although I suspect in peak season there could be a shortage of loungers- not a problem we had in early March. The staff were great- extremely friendly and helpful. Location also very good, in a quite street about a 10 minute walk into the centre of town.

Maybe a small gym for some yoga type exercise would be good.

This hotel provides outstanding personal service and facilities. From the General Manager Noun to the staff in reception we were made to feel totally welcome and the whole focus of the hotel was to exceed our already high expectaions. In particular we were very appreciative of the personal sevice provided to us by Thavy in reception and the wonderful service provided by Boy and Chouer in the restuarant as well as the breakfast staff, and Safiel in reception. The quality of the food provided in the restaurant was exceptional, in fact the best we have experienced in Asia. This hotel went above and beyond when we had an issue with visas and could not leave Cambodia as planned. They provided transport for us and a room was made available for an additional 2 days whilst we sorted this issue. Every single member of staff welcomed us back and treated us with the greatest resepect and even friendship. This hotel is authentically Cambodian, with each room number reflecting a year in the history of Cambodia, with an explanation provided by staff. There are real artifcats displayed proudly throughout each room and in public areas. The facilites, including a wonderful pool are spotless and the care and maintenance of the property generally is excellent. The drivers, bith cars and tuk tuks, took special care in keeping us safe and provided us the best service. Thank you to every single staff member at Mane Boutique Hotel and Spa for everything you did to make our stay one that we will never forget.

Sometimes the internet connection and power fails, but this is typical for Asia.

Loved this hotel, it's beautiful, spotlessly clean and very comfortable! The pool and spa are also excellent. Close to town but far enough away to be quiet. The hotel runs a free one-way tuktuk into town, which is perfect. The hotel is so nice but what makes it extra special is their staff, they are all a credit to the hotel, always smiling and go out of their way to make every moment of your stay perfect! We hope to return next year

One type of water in your room is free and one is about $4 we didn't realise this until we got charged

1. The staff, courtesies showed, always smiling and helpful. 2. Extremely clean within the compact (but adequate)area. 3. The place, thanks to its staff, exuded a warmth and human touch unlike most starred properties which, are far more efficient and machine like, but lack the human interface. 4. The breakfast, incidentally is ala carte, but is exquisite in every manner. Whether it’s the Western Eggs Benedict or the Cambodian Conjee, full marks to the Chef. 5. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood but within walking distance from the restaurants at 7 Makara street, Pub street and the Old market.

Loved every bit of the property! If I must, the open bathroom shower in the suite maybe an embarrassment for two unrelated roommates!! But then, that’s trivial reportage.

This place is amazing. Beautiful decorated little hotel with lovely garden area and pool, well located 15-20 minutes walk or 5 minutes tuk tuk drive from the central area. Our room was charming, very spacious and clean. Breakfast was served in a beautiful restaurant and was very testy. All reception and breakfast staff was incredible, super kind and helpful. They took care for our airport transfer (35 USD per way), arranged us tuk tuk for going out and for one day tour at Angkor Wat, even open the restaurant for breakfast 15 minutes earlier because our flight was very early in the morning. The car driver and Mr Lai the tuk tuk driver was super kind and helpful. I definitelyBe recommend this place.

Because of the plants and the trees there were many ants on the sunbeds around the pool.
