The location was convenient for our purposes, very close to bus stops heading to the city center. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The common kitchen seemed very cosy although we did not have a chance to use it.

The listing says that breakfast is included but just after booking you receive a message that there is no breakfast but only free coffee. I recommend changing the text of the listings, it didn't matter for me but it can be very annoying for someone who spends time choosing also based on that information. The bathroom sink was clogged at the time when we arrived. It can happen but it's the renter's responsibility to check. We didn't ask to change the room because it didn't matter much for our one-night stay. The lighting in the room can be improved.

This is a hostel, not an apartment! The photos do not match the furniture in the room. there were 4 beds, but only because the sofa was torn and the two parts were folded separately. very bad sewerage. and after bathing in the shower, my child and I had a rash on our legs ((the western room is next to the exit, so the sound insulation is very poor. The kitchen is shared, comfortable. We have the same one, it's not very pleasant to eat.

There was confusion over the payment through booking. com. A card that I’d used everyday on this trip and through the booking.com app was not accepted. Putting the same card info into the app rendered it acceptable again. I felt like a criminal with constant texts saying that the card was not valid! And although the place itself was good, why call yourself a B n B when you don’t provide breakfast!

Professional team (even if i did not had the chance to meet them 🤣) good clean rooms, free coffee in the kitchen, free wifi, the price wasn’t wow but it is one of the best in roma if you go 3 persons it will cost you about 30 euros each (90 together)

It is about 3km far from the city center however you can take the bus.. the bus station is 2 min far

Very clean, decent decorations, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, AC, my room was quiet, at a bus stop to center (Termini) and also a café, nice park across the street, it exceeded my expectations.

Communication before arrival could have been better, basically my questions were without answer, drinking glass would be nice

The place is lovely. My room had a small balcony. The kitchen is well equipped. I could not find a lighter to turn on the cooker but used the microwave instead. I recommend it. It is easy to reach by bus with good connections. I arrived at Tiburtina and was a 20 minutes ride. To Termini is also approx 20 minutes by bus.

no matter is a B&B with rooms next to each other was quite all nights and we could even entre daily later hours with no problems at all

Very friendly checkin. Super spacious kitchen/commonspace. Bus stop very close by with express bus to Termini. Comfortable bed.

Quiet/low noise hours not respected - we had some overexcited fellow travellers 😂. Not a big deal and not necessarily the property's fault.

The room was clean and nice. Love the price and the location.

The hair dryer wasn't working and the bed was creaking but overall we liked it very much.

Good and helpful staff, kitchen with free access the whole day where you can prepare the breakfast you like. Good location: you can reach the city centre and the main train station by direct bus

Issues with shower: you have to wait for quite long time for water to become warmer. Also it randomly switches the warm water to cold one which is annoying. Poor soundproofing
