On the 1st and second floors towards the sea there is noise

First of all, George, the host, was amazing! Everything was outstanding! The location is probably the best you could wish for: just 100 meters from the beach. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and functional, with two huge balconies. We will definitely come back 100%! Larnaca, as always, is probably the best warm getaway in January from Europe. Top value for money!

The only issue was the fridge, a new one, LG – the fresh section didn’t cool at all, even though it was new and set to maximum. Only the freezer was working. We didn’t mind because we stayed for only three days.

The 2 BR 2.5 bathroom apartment faced the beachfront at Finnicoudes in Larnaka. It is a very spacious apartment, well appointed, and just like the online photos. The Festival of the Flood was ongoing. The whole area was bustling until late into the evening. Dozens of restaurant cafes and shops surrounded the apartment. The air-conditioning was wonderful. ( It was an unusually hot week). George, the property manager, was extremely accommodating. He provided everything from laundry detergent to figuring out the TV. If you like to vacation in the center of everything, this apartment is ideal.

Everything was as promised. The doors and windows were well insulated, but the street noise (no car traffic at night) was loud

I had a wonderful stay at Aphrodite Plaza! The room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with all the kitchenware I needed. The large bathroom was pristine, and having a washing machine was such a convenient bonus. The location couldn’t be better—right on Finikoudes coastal road, with easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping, local markets, and, of course, the beach for swimming. A big thank you to George for his warm hospitality and accommodating my early check-in request. Everything about my stay was top-notch. Highly recommend this place for a perfect stay in Larnaca.

The only small improvement I could suggest would be adding a dishwasher to the studio,it would be a great touch!

Loved how well appointed the apt is. The flat is extremely spacious and is very well equipped. Fantastic views over Finikoudes and the beach. Location was wonderful overlooking the beach. Huge balcony that could have benefitted from a couple of sun loungers to make use of the space.

Lack of parking in building or immediately outside but that is the only fault I have. I was aware of this when I booked so this is just my preference but there was parking available a short walk away.

The size. The bathrooms. The view. A very luxurious apartment.

No coffee maker which was disappointing. No dishwasher tablets (the previous occupant had left dirty crockery in the dishwasher - supplying a few tablets would have prevented this - we did the same). No washing machine detergent. No supplies at all except washing up liquid. This was a surprise because the previous ( much cheaper) 4 places supplied a minimum of tea, coffee, water and some quite a bit more. We didn't expect this but had got used to it so were surprised that such a luxurious place didn't provide anything. Also ( again not expected) beach towels would be welcome in such a place. Finally, specific details beforehand about parking would have been useful ( there is a 24 hour car park next door which we found by chance)

we liked the distance from the sea. the sea very close, there are a lot of restaurants , and a great promenade along few kilometers. and there was a little mini market just under the building that we enjoyed her very much and there are few big parking places around the building if you come with rented car

we needed mop to clean a little bit the sea sand but there was not, there was only a broom and if there was Netflix it could be much better.

The apartment is large, clean and comfortable. Fantastic location. Georgi is a very kind and responsive host. You can trust his advice completely. I would happily visit again and recommend to my friends.

When booking, make sure in advance that you reserve an apartment with a sea view. Our apartment faced a backyard, but we were satisfied nonetheless. The beds are quite hard and it would be nice to have more than 1 pillow per person.

Location was great, apartment was confortable, host was very prompt in helping.

2 bathrooms was a bit less for 3 bedrooms, living was a bit small compared to the rooms. Kitchen supplies could be improved, with a few more dishes to cook in, cutlery and basic supplies like salt, sugar, pepper etc that can not be bought in small quantities and people usually leave them in the apartment anyway upon departure.
