Large and comfortable apartment. Near Cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. You can reach Riga Old Town and other attractions by walking.

On the second day of the cleaning service, they left us a torn towel and didn't replace either body or hand soap. We had to ask reception to solve this issue but since it was after 4 pm they left it to the next day. Nonetheless, the next day it was already near 3 pm and they didn't solve the issue, so I had to go to reception again to complain and then they sent a cleaning lady to recharge the soap, but they didn't tell her that we need to replace both types of soap and she had to go two times to finally sort the problem out. Some guests were very annoying shouting from window to window to communicate between themselves and singing till 3 am. The apartment deserved a better rating but they have management problems, if they sort them out they could get better ratings.

Our apt was big & airy, lovely high ceilings, warm & comfortable. Quiet area with restaurant & bar, & shop a few doors away. Within easy distance to old town & sights. Washing machine & drier in laundry room which we availed of. Double bed in bedroom very comfortable.

We found the staff a bit indifferent, but were polite. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable (3rd guest used it), had no "mattress"topper only a sheet. Bed in bedroom comfortable but had 2 single duvets across the bed NOT a double duvet. 2 bath towels only supplied, 3rd given reluctantly on request. No hand towels. ( 3 guests). 1 toilet roll, ( we bought our own ) as was easier. Not sure re policy on toilet rolls in apts but were supplied in the apts we stayed in, in Helsinki & Tallinn as were kitchen rolls or tea towels. Basic kitchen equipment. No toaster. Bathroom shower over high bath which as a couple well into their 70s we found difficult to climb in & out of---a safety issue for elderly. We did not complain re same. Having said all above the Apt was comfortable.

Lovely place. We had stayed there before as a couple, but this time it was a couple and two adult family members coming along, so we decided to go for an apartment. Place was nice and clean, definitely staying there again when we're coming back next time. It is about 15 minutes walk to main places in city centre, about 20 mins to Old Riga. For a place so close to centre it's not overly noisy either. Apartments are located in the inner courtyard building of Stabu sēta. Also due to plane delays we arrived after midnight and the place didn't have any problems with later check in. (We had warned them via email once we heard about the delay.)

Could be a bit more crockery and cutlery and dishes. There were enough plates, but not enough bowls. As we did go eat out it wasn't really a minus for us, but I think it's important to mention so other people will know in advance to request at the reception desk.

We had a few hiccups on day two, however, the team quickly resolved things. We especially would like to thank Sabine for all of her help in making our stay comfortable. She did a super job! We liked the location of the hotel very much as everything was close by.

Bathroom was really weird. We had to sit really squashed each time we used the toilet and that was not super great.

I have stayed in this place several times. This time it was a studio with kitchenette. Room was nice and spacious with basic cooking items. Bathroom was also spacious with proper bath. As apartments are in the courtyard building, it is relatively calm there. It is good that bikes can be parked in closed courtyard.

This time the gym was specially dirty - all the equipment was misplaced, it has lots of dust and dirt everywhere. There is still no cleansing materials provided there. Also we had no towels in the room when arrived.

Great location, friendly neighborhood, helpful friendly staff, plenty of space, clean, possibility to leave luggage after check-out, free coffee, tea and water at the reception. Possibility to buy breakfast.

there could be more dishes in the kitchen area (dessert plates, cups) -- but it wasn't a big discomfort :-)

The location of this hotel was amazing, right city-center with many great coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were welcoming and extremely friendly. The room was clean, vibrant, and had everything you possibly needed during your stay. I loved the whole atmosphere in general, the vibe, and the updated elevator. If I ever need a place to stay again, I know where to go!

In my opinion, maybe the bathroom could use a little renovation. Additionally, the placement of the toilet was a little odd. The hairdryer could also be updated. But overall, my whole stay was extremely pleasant.

The apartments are in a brand new rustic / modern style log house, very well furnished and equipped with all possible amenities, with private backyard. Whole territory is kept closed by a gate, which is controlled by your own number. The beach and the grocery store is just a couple minute walk.

The only real negative that I can note is very very poor internet. If you are planning on getting some work done remotely, look elsewhere or get yourself a backup. The internet speed does not exceed 2 Mbps.

Very close to Arena Riga, only 12 minute walk. In the morning you are welcomed with a very plentiful breakfast. The room had a bath, which can be very relaxing after a long drive to Riga.

The room was minimalistic with furniture and interior elements. For me it lacked coziness, but ok for a short stay.

Very good location, not so far from old town (15min walk), the hotel is in the central location. Spacious and worm apartment with separate bedrooms and living area with small kitchen. Heated bathroom floors. Elevators. Breakfast was good for adults and kids.

Some upgrade to bathroom needed. Taps needs to be replaced, as it was hard to get proper temperature water consistent flow.
