Fruit salad, pastries yogurts cheese and meats coffee tea toast - more than expected and nice cosy room.

The light outside door was very strong and came into the room a little, also there was a dial tone from the hallway @like a wifi trying to connect. Air con was a little noisy too.

The room was spacious, offering plenty of space for a family of three, which is often hard to find in this city. I also appreciated the private, large bathroom, a rare but welcome feature that added to our comfort. The location was another highlight, just a few minutes from metro, bus, and train stations, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Plus, the surrounding neighborhood had everything we needed, from supermarkets to restaurants and other essentials, making our stay truly hassle-free.

Great stay overall, but the self-check-in process on a large street screen lacks privacy. A more discreet setup would improve the experience.

it was a great location close to the Thames Path the rooms were simply furnished, but exceptionally clean with extremely comfortable beds good breakfast

check in was difficult initially as had to check in on a large screen on the outside of the hotel, giving a lot of personal information in public. in frustration I called the hotel and was informed by an AI assistant they would get help and then the door opened and let us in where were met by a human on reception who checked us in. I later discovered that I had been sent a digital card to gain access to the hotel, but it had gone into my junk mail, but as no other communication from the hotel went into my junk mail, I had never thought to look there. Shame really, because I would have rated them more highly without this frustrating incident

Excellent room, everything we needed. Excellent breakfast. Great location. We were not disturbed. The TV can mirror your phone so whatever you have available on your phone can be broadcasted to the room.

The guy was dismissive at the desk. Was speaking with his friend and ignored me throughout the check in process. Even while issuing my key card and making the transaction continued speaking with his friend. The breakfast ran out at peak times and the one man serving could not bring things out in time. There was a sharp metal bit on the door in the corridor which snagged my clothes and I had to make sure my son didn't catch himself on it. Floor was dusty and somebody's socks were found under the bed.

A great location for my travel requirements. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, good bathroom/shower and large TV. The breakfast was good enough for my needs with a hot and cold selection.

I tried the online booking and it did not appear to work and I still used the large screen outside which wanted my personal details for all the people in the street to see. It did work however the first key card it provided did not open the doors, the second did. My room was on the top floor and was very hot. The air controller in the room did not have any cooling available. Opening the window only let the noise and smell of the traffic below in, which was not ideal.

Surprisingly good, excellent value for money, location isn't right in central London, but it's not that far out and a good area with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The room was a decent size, spotless, and modern. The bed was comfortable and the TV was big. Breakfast included was pretty good as well. For the price it's absolutely unbeatable.

Online check in email was in German so I didn't act on it, but on arrival there were no staff present for check in at 2.30 so I had to input all my details/address etc on a screen outside the door in the street.

Breakfast, clean room with ample space, clean bathroom. Excellent location.

because I stayed longer, I noticed that the cooked breakfast never varied, but the fresh fruit and the occasional croissants and pastries more than made up for this. The external check in system was a little daunting especially for late arrivals. I felt very vulnerable taking out my credit card whilst alone on a dark street with occasional passers-by. I somehow expected in-house laundry facilities, not an outside service provider.

The hotel is in a greatlocation in Putney area - notice that it is in the south of London and pretty far from the center. It's close to the main road where you have tones of places to eat or drink (visit MeiMei which is right next to the hotel if you like Chinese food). It's also close to the Thamse river, and also pretty close to the train station (around 10 minuets walk) and also pretty close to a cute park. The room was basic but clean and pretty spacious. There was cleaning service everyday, and we got new cookies with the tea almost everyday as well. The stuff were very kind and helpful. There was also breakfast included in the price of the room (didn't had a chance to eat it, but it's was great to had that option)

It says you get free care products - you only get a soap that also functions as shampoo. no toothbrish or tooth paste. We had to buy everthing. The area is pretty far from the center of london which made the travelling inside London fairly exepensive (but we took it into account since we knew it was pretty far. just keep in mind that it would cost you more)

We were very pleasantly surprised with the high quality provided at mk hotel. It wasn't luxurious or had lots of facilities such as a gym but it had everything for a comfortable night's stay. It was really clean and there was a good Continental breakfast with even a few cooked items as well as fresh fruit & pastries. There was a lift in the hotel. The beds were comfortable and we had a good bathroom. Excellent value for money and we'll stay again next time in London.

Staff were on duty when we arrived but I'd been concerned about logging in outside. We already had our cards so we only needed to swipe the card in the evening.

The hotel room was very clean bed was really comfy, shower was really good. Breakfast was nice (a mic choice of continental and fry up) but again quite nice. Also have luggage storage which is usefully if out for the day. Great location some lovely restaurants and bars near by (shout out to Preto Brazilian Steakhouse) Close to the tube and bus station So all in all nice hotel to stay at and close to everything u need to get around London with some nice bars and restaurants near by
