Wonderful hotel. What impressed me the most was how helpful the manager was, rushing out to welcome me and assist with my heavy luggage, and also assisted on departure. The hotel lift was also a bonus. A very clean and comfortable hotel. As someone who is always hot, I loved the big ceiling fan in my room. I wish all hotels had those. Super clean bathroom and the toilet self-cleaned after each use which was clever. Bed nice and comfy. Helpful signs in the room to alert guests to potential trip hazards like step into bathroom. On departure the manager called for taxi for me and let me wait in lounge until it arrived. Absolutely perfect location, on the promenade and close to the pier and centre of town.
Only that parking would have been difficult as very parked-up. But I came by taxi as I expected that.

Lovely sea view. Room was ideal for 3/4 people double bed 2 singles bathroom a bit small but for one or two nights ok friendly staff did not have breakfast as we had to leave early to get back home.
Hotel not open when we arrived at 2.30 had taken our luggage with us from car parked away from hotel had to take it back and leave in car go for a coffee then come back after 3 when door open we could have sat in lounge and had a coffee if hotel would have provided this service one of the ladies uses a walking stick so not ideal hotel for her so would not go back to this hotel unless open all day never been to a hotel that closes certain hours during daytime.

Stayed in a lovely sea view double room with my 11 year old daughter. The room was cozy, equipped with everything needed(kettle, towels, soaps/bodywash - even binoculars!) and really, really clean. Philip and Felicity were very friendly and welcoming, always stopped for a chat and gave us ideas of things to do in Llandudno and always asked if we needed anything. Really enjoyed our stay here, perfect location, gorgeous room, amazing hosts. I’m already planning our return!
I honestly can’t fault anything.

Excellent Location, the beach is just a stone throw away. Very friendly host and helpful staff members. Our room was equipped with all the required facilities as you would expect in an independent hotel in Llandudno.
As far as we know there was only one double socket available in the room which is connected to TV & Kettle. No other power sockets available in the room to charge our mobile luckily we had a power bank. We were staying at the room 3 ( at the entrance) it was close to the bar and it was causing disturbance in the night due to noisy patrons. There was a clear gap under the door so my humble suggestion would be to seal the gap under the door which might help to reduce the noise level.

The hotel is very well located on the water front, and is only a short walk from the local train station, the North Shore Beach, the Great Orme, and Llandudno Pier. The price was very affordable for a single person staying 4 nights, and the staff are very friendly & helpful. I was upgraded to a bigger room than I'd booked for, which was a welcome surprise. They also serve a very reasonably priced cooked breakfast of a morning.
The key to the front door was a little tricky to figure out (though I was made aware of this in advance and soon got the hang of things). There's some repair work going on as well currently which made the outside look a bit untidy -all for a good cause I imagine.

The receptionist/hotel manager (don’t know her full role BTW) offered to keep my luggage in the front room, while there was a 5 1/2 hour difference between my check-out time & train journey home. Which meant I could enjoy my long walk across the beach front, before entering the pier. Highly recommended if you don’t want to carry loads of luggage after checking-out, before a train joirney home, if time difference is a few hours

Location is brilliant, Very well maintained in and out, Owners very friendly especially Felicity, right laugh, nothing to much trouble. Philip, Felicity husband does the cooking, Breakfast was extra but plenty of it, you don't leave hungry, Rooms very clean, Bed bit to firm for me and I like firm beds, but can't please everyone, but we did eventually get comfy and slept. and woke up to an amazing sunrise, sea view was great, We were sorry to leave but we do love Llandudno, Definatly worth booking, we would book again Thankyou for a lovely, friendly stay Jennifer & Pete (the one who loves his tea cup & saucer) 😂 view is from our window 06.30am

The bed was so comfortable and the en-suite was beautiful. The young lady who booked me in was very friendly, courteous and helpful, and I was made very welcome by her. The flame-effect lamps in front of the bedroom windows were very smart and looked distinguished. The changing colours that illuminated the front of the hotel at night were beautiful, as were the coloured lights wrapped around the front railings. The front garden furniture was of good quality and looked inviting, as did the lounge. The central location is perfect. The tiny kettle was cute, and the information book and rules displayed on the bedside cabinet and wall were very helpful. The bottled water and glass, along with the glass mug were very stylish. The wall mounted bottles of toiletries were very good quality, smelt amazing and we're plentiful. The towels were of a thick and luxurious quality, as was the sumptuous bedding and curtains.
I wasn't able to leave my luggage at the hotel until my train was due, which meant I had to carry it around until 4.43 when my train was due. Guests are not allowed to have food in their room and risk being fined for doing so. Being diabetic, I HAVE to have food with me at all times on which to snack in order to keep-up my blood glucose levels should they become too low. I did find the rule rather intimidating and did when I stayed at the hotel three years ago. The TV was very slow to respond to the remote and was difficult to use as a result. A new remote may be required. More teabags and milk would have been helpful.

Room was spotless with tea, coffee & biscuits provided. Bathroom spotless. Both bedroom & bathroom were nice & warm, which was a big plus for me as it was freezing outside. The owners Felicity & Philip were friendly & helpful.
Nothing to not like really, it's in a great location, good price, comfortable & spotless. Couldn't have asked for more really.

The position on the main promenade overlooking the sea and the pier was magnificent. The proprietors were also lovely, especially the lady. They were originally from Malta and clearly took pride in their hotel.
Nothing at all. Whilst we only stayed overnight (1 night) I would have no hesitation in returning if visiting Llandudno again.
