This B&B was a real find! We would absolutely stay here again, and will recommend it to friends looking for a place to call home for a few days. The room was very large, with a lovely little balcony overlooking the street. But the room was exceptionally quiet at night. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast (and the breakfast area) was lovely. We met some very nice fellow travelers there -- it was a great way to get to know Verona a little better.

The caretakers of the property are not on-location, but available via text. It did mean that with some last minute emergency needs, there wasn't anyone on site to help us out.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, just a short walk from all the major attractions, yet still peaceful and relaxing. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Verona. Hotel Academia combines charm, comfort, and outstanding service — I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful city.

The accommodation is in a perfect location. A quiet little street, yet 2 minutes from the most beautiful square in Verona. The rooms are clean, well designed and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and generous. I would like to highlight in particular how attentive and helpful the host who welcomed us was. I would recommend the accommodation to everyone with a good heart.

The property has no private parking. They can provide pay parking very close by, so this was not a problem for us.

I liked the location, it was in the center and it was really comfortable for us to go back at the room to relax after exploring and go out again for some night walking and dining.The room was cleaned everyday, and we got fresh towel everyday. I liked the breakfast too.

I think it a bit overpriced because the room was smaller then it looks and really simple. The bathroom was a bit old too but still was worth it. And the description of the place should be more specified since it was hard for us to find it. The outside of the building didn’t say the name of our accommodation.

The room was clean room, the bathroom had all the amenities, and the air conditioning was good. The room also had a nice balcony and a fridge with a freezer compartment. The staff was very friendly as well.

The AC was not controllable (personally didn't mind, it was set just right). There is no reception, it's basically a big flat turned into multiple apartments. (But the owner explained how to do the self-checkin well and was present during breakfast.)

Location was just outside the old city wall, so it was an easy walk to most everything of interest to tourists, eg the historical centre. Breakfast was very good. As is often the case with B&Bs, the breakfast makings were set out beforehand in the breakfast room, and we just made what we wanted. It worked very well. Of course, that means there is no cooked breakfast items, but that is rather standard in Italy anyway. There were hard boiled eggs, and a toaster, and a good coffee machine. We paid extra for a slightly larger room, with an extra large bed. And there was a pleasant balcony, small but large enough to sit on.

The room and bathroom were exceedingly clean. Breakfast presentation perfect. A kettle would have been a good option. Glasses are needed in the room and again a kettle would have been perfect in the bedroom. Decor and overall cleanliness were exceptional. Perfect siting of a supermarket across the road, but with that came constant noise, city living I suppose. Easy walking into the old city.

The location is fantastic, the Roman Arena was only a few minutes walk away. Room nice, little terrace outside with a table and chairs. Very clean with toiletries provided. Free range of teas and coffee. Breakfast basic but ok. Great value for money.

It’s a noisy street but that’s to be expected right in the centre.

Well equiped room in a citycenter location. Supercomfortable bed. Friendly host, tasty breakfast, grocery store in front of the building. Everything was 100% clean. Overall one of the best B&B's I've ever been to. Absolutely recomended! Itis worth the money!

The time slot for breakfast was very short from 8.30 to 10. Since the kitchen is very tiny, it gets crowded. You can find a table but it feels like that you should hurry.
