We liked that breakfast was available every morning - Waffle station, bread, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, fruit cups, yogurt, coffee, tea. Each night there was a hot water station with tea and hot cocoa. We could see the ocean from our balcony. We also liked the location of the hotel (quick walk to stores/shops, restaurants, and the beach) and our room was very clean. Very comfortable hotel.

The breakfast items weren't labeled. As a vegetarian it was difficult to know what was in each food and there were no vegetables at breakfast. There were no labels for Vegan or Gluten Free options. Some of the front desk staff were friendly and greeted us and other staff ignored us when we would come in.

Location was great, close to Hermosa Beach and to a lot of restaurants and stores. Trader Joe's and CVS are within walking distance (5 minutes). There are restaurants, Wells Fargo, and gas stations close by. Rooms and breakfast options are great. Rooms have a small balcony.

Staff was always very serious, very quiet, in general, this includes front desk staff and breakfast staff. They were helpful when I asked for help but always very serious. It makes one feel unwelcomed. I love Hampton Inn's in general but the bad thing is always no microwaves in the rooms. Other than this, this Hampton Inn was just as great as all others.

Room is always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious, bur lacks a bit of variety. I would prefer potatoes to be served daily. The area around provides various eating and shopping options, walking distance to the beach.

The hotel is 10 min walk to Hermosa Beach and has enough parking for $15/day. Our King room was large and very clean. The breakfast was great. We loved the bacon and eggs or the sausages. Staff is very friendly and informative. We had the option of paying cash at check out, and credit card was not charged, which was good for no exchange rate applied. Was a lovely stay!!!!!

I purchased $80 in food. Put in frig. It was not working. Told staff next morning. Said would send someone at 10. No one showed. When I asked again said no one on staff till next day. Still no one showed. Iron wouldn't work, iron table missing bolt so couldn't use.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location close to the beach with many stores and restaurants within walking distance. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom perfect. Around the clock coffee in the lobby was a nice touch.

Location and room.

The hotel is on a busy street and many rooms have quite a bit of road noise. This mostly due to single paned windows and sliding glass doors of balconies. I requested a room change and the second room was fine for me to sleep with with ear plugs.

The hotel was excellent—great staff, top-notch service, and exceptional cleanliness. The location was fantastic, just a 15-minute walk to the ocean, with everything you need nearby.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was comfortable The breakfast included in room rate was pretty good. Staff were super helpful with everything, especially Mr Patel, the Duty Manager. Great location for walking down to the beach and restaurants. There is a big supermarket (Vonns) and other stores just across the street, also Trader Joe’s just down the road.

We liked the amenities close by and the relatively short walk to the beach. The rooms were comfortable and clean and my husband and daughter said the waffles were amazing. The staff were really friendly.

Pretty small parking lot. Some areas around the hallways were a little dingy. Rooms were very clean except the floor. My baby was pretty dirty after crawling around.
