Great location near the river with lovely walks and easy access to city centre. Check in was very smooth! The room was large and bright - lots of space and natural light, and it was ready for us with the sofa bed made up for the children when we arrived. Great little kitchenette, excellent storage space and room for a lovely table where we could sit. Bathroom was compact. It was very very clean. Breakfast was lovely, food all very fresh with lots of choices and space to sit and enjoy both inside and outside.

The shower water pressure wasnt very strong and because it didn't point in a good direction it was hard to have a short, powerful shower!

Modern well kept hotel. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Situated on the riverside, a 25 minute walk to Salzburg old town. The weather was good during our visit, so car was parked on arrival and we walked to and from town each day along pleasant riverside path. Hotel has large on site car park. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast, with good selection of cold meats, cheeses, salad, fruit, cereals, yogurts etc…plus hot scrambled eggs and bacon. Plenty of choice for a good breakfast and the kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location - this is not in the city center. you need a taxi to reach city center which might cost 10 euros each way. It is still worth considering the peaceful location to get sound sleep at night. Breakfast - Do not expect a extravaganza breakfast selection but can feed to full tummy. Veggies may have just couple of options. Room - is really good and clean. Bathroom and toilet separated which gives good use when you are with family. you have a microwave in the suite. Food - Food wise, there is no restaurant in the hotel or in the near vicinity. You have to order online or take a ride to the city center (HBF) which has options to eat. No super market nearby. Hence suggest to get water and other amenities just after setting in the room. Staff - really helpful and they have explained very well on how to spend our short trip and what to see within short time. City - Please note that most of the shops including super markets close by 7pm. Hence you might have to spend hefty amounts to buy water etc from the restaurant. I would recommend to get grocers before 7pm. you will also have few options in terms of Food and drinks after 7pm. Its a beautiful city to explore and enjoy You might need at least 5 days to explore the city (2 days) and near by attractions (3 days). I would recommend Salzburg over Vienna to visit. Must visit places with family (all attractions close by 6 pm): 1) Old city 2) Mozart Birth place 3) Mozart Living house 4) Stroll across the River 5) Fortress Hohensalzburg (need full day) 6) Dom Church and other churches around the old city Near by attractions (full day for each attraction): 7) Salt mine 8) Hallstatt town 9) other mountain/ski attractions

all was good related to the hotel except breakfast options for non-red meat eaters.

Perfect room, clean, big, good bed, nice bathroom, quiet. Breakfast was simple but very good:)

The only thing I did not like, was that the shampoo box in the shower was placed on the wrong wall, it should have been on the same wall as where the water came from. My arms "bumped into" that shower box all the time when I took shower and washed/shampooed my long hair. It couldn’t have been a very practical person who mounted this on the wrong wall;) But this is not a really big issue, but it was irritating;)

Lovely room for a family of 4, lots of space and a beautiful view over the mountain. The location is good if you like walking, the nearest bus is around 10 mins away and goes every 15 mins and takes 5 mins to reach the town center, or you can take a walk by the river - it takes around 40 mins to reach the center. Our kids were used to walking so they were okay, however at the end of the day they were getting a bit fed up of walking. The breakfast was nice, standard selection - mostly continental with only bacon and scrambled egg as a cooked option. Staff was friendly and helpful and added bonus was a little gym tucked away in the basement.

Everything was great

Very nice view from the room balcony on the river and city with mountains behind. The location is perfect for walking around the riverside to the city center. The room is cosy and comfortable with a nice kitchenette. Very tasty breakfast. Electric car charging station. You can use this hotel for longer stays or family stays for sure.

The following is not an issue, just some limitation. I mean the limited reception working hours. If you arrive later in the evening you have to agree before about how to get keys. However the staff is very supportive there. Parking is not really fully private, cars parked in front of the hotel. But here can park only visitors, so not a big problem.

We were satisfied with the room furnished double-bed and a convertible sofa for our kids. There was a small kitchen in the room as well with kettle. There was also a balcony with a small table and two chairs and windows with external jalousies.The part of the hotel we stayed in looked like new build. The breakfast was ok. The parking was for free.

The position of the hotel is approx. 1,5km from city center. It is is a quite distance by foot (considering all day walking) but you can book a taxi or rent a bike.

Clean and tidy hotel. Well maintained. Comfortable beds & good shower.

More like a student hostel - Not a hotel. No air vents in the room or working ventilators in the toilets. No hot plates. Breakfast options were limited for hot food - only bacon and egg scrambles.

We had a room with a balcony, which was very nice. It had a great view to the river. The room was comfortable as well, it even had a mini kitchen with microwave. The thing I liked very much is that this hotel had a special place were you could have drinking water, so we didn't have to buy through the whole trip.

The room didn't have air conditioning and there wasn't enough hot water, you could only have a quick shower and then it became moderately cold. Also, the breakfast menu were the same all week (scrambled eggs and bacon for the hot dish).

The location though a bit far from the station was on river Salzach

They don't have coffee sachets or tea bags in the room. Though there's a microwave & a few plates in the room, don't even think it has cooking facilities. Don't book in summer, no airconditioner, so extremely hot & couldn't sleep. More over no staffs are there after 6pm, so the front desk doesn't operate after that. Bit tricky to checkin after 6pm
