Clean and comfortable.

You cannot check in until 3:00 on the nose. 10 minutes to 3, nope, you have to wait until 3. Please book me a tour, nope, not until 3:00.

I liked that there was a safe in the room. Room was clean. Good location.

Breakfast was okay. Could use a bit more diversity and variety, especially for non-meat options. We could also hear a lot of noise, including music, talking, screaming on the floor outside our room until late at night. They could ensure that other guests are not disturbing others.

Everything was great except for the inside noise.

The loudness of the inside noises. Maybe the use of carpet/rugs will help soften the sound. Maybe sound proofing strips around the doors. They can't help the outside noises, but they can the inside. You hear staff cleaning/talking and other guests walking/talking down the hall. No one is being exceptionally loud or rude, but there's nothing to absorb the sound. Our stay was great- just all the loud inside sounds dampened the enjoyment.

This was the first Colombian hotel I came across where they offered a breakfast buffet and it was great! The shower had warm water often (that seems to be rare in Colombia) The personnel was friendly. They allowed me to drop off excess luggage that I was carrying for 2 days before I even checked in.

The bed was hard and saggy at the same time, I had to lie in the middle of my double bed to be comfortable.

this hotel meet and would say that exceeded our expectations. the location was fine (ubers can take you anyware) found decor updated. in conclusion would stay here again without thinking twice

WiFi connection in room (4th floor) would disconnect frequently. so maybe an upgrade in signal strength would be a nice addition. besides this no issues at all.

Everything about this hotel suited our needs. It’s in a lovely neighbourhood of the city. Everything seemed new and fresh and breakfast was included. Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast but nothing to complain about and there was always fresh fruit. The hotel staff were very accommodating and the bed very comfortable. Everything was spotless.

It was very clean, the room was al right, the price was fair.

We have the feeling that the waiters were not educated as a waiter itself. They are just people who help you with the menu and put the food on the table. We did not feel the restaurant service as a service.

Location good walking distance to Provenza place with lots of restaurant and art events.staff friendly.

Wifi .not so good kept disconnecting .

This is a smart, pleasant hotel on the hill above Medellin, in an area with several restaurants to choose from, including the in-house cafe. Free parking was available. The included breakfast was simple but enough.

Nothing in particular. A swimming pool would have been nice, but not essential.

Staff was very helpful and always nice. Breakfast was delicious and the location was central. Close to good restaurants. Had a nice Stay and will be back soon :)
