The room view and atmosphere is unique and beautiful. You can see monkeys out of your room in the morning, truly magical ! The swimming pool is also amazing.

The noise coming from the long tail boats is really annoying, from 6am all day until 11pm, I thought it would be okay when taking the reservation but I was surprised by how loud it is the first night there. Also, the locations is a + and a - at the same time. You are truly immersed in nature , but the walk back to railay center gets annoying really quickly ( 15min from the hotel to the main road )

The views are incredible, breakfast is pretty decent, really good in fact, the facilities are always very clean.

There’s rats that go into the rooms. First night I found mouse poop but didn’t think much of it, the hotel is in the jungle after all. But second day two mice woke me up. I got up and was able to see where they were coming in from, and once again, there was poop all over the desk. It is the jungle, but maybe do a better inspection and maintenance of the rooms to fill up any holes.

One of the most unique hotels, i've ever stayed in my life. We loved the location, the nature, the squirrels and monkeys on the trees around. Rooms were big and luxurious. Railey was a 15minutes walk far on a beautiful and safe path next to the sea, so don't worry about, because it's not in the center. It' s definitely worth it. Wake up and see monkeys sitting around your balcony.

The staff at the recepcion did'nt really speak english well.

The property was beautiful and well maintained, the rooms were very unique and we had an amazing view out over the bay. The pool was gorgeous overlooking the bay as well. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It is family friendly which is nice to see with a luxury resort! When you see pictures and videos of Thailand resorts, this is usually the type of resort you're seeing! There are monkey families all around, lizards and birds. The restaurant is overlooking the ocean. Its really beautiful!

It is not easily accessible and it should be noted somewhere that large luggage (wheeled suitcase) is not recommended. Also that it is about 1km walk from the drop off pier to the resort. It is secluded which is nice, but the long walk with our luggage was not expected. The property also has steep concrete paths which were a bit of a hazard, but not unbearable. The treehouses also has many holes to the outside so we had a bunch of critters (salamanders, giant cockroach, mosquitoes) come in the room every night. The bed has mosquito netting around it though.

Loved the pool area! Loved the breakfast and restaurant! Loved the staff, so friendly, kind and helpful! Loved the jungle atmosphere and view from my bungalow. I loved my bungalow and the bed was super comfy.

My bungalow didn't cool down enough on those hot days and evenings. The AC was preset not to go below a certain temp. The AC unit in general seemed old and in need of update-at least in my particular bungalow. I didn't like the raunchy rap music being played loudly at the pool one day. There were families with young kids. I could tell they were turned off too. Also bottles, cups, food plates were just left to sort of pile up at the pool area while attendant was scrolling on cell phone or absent altogether even when it was supposed to be "open". One day a red faced Macaque monkey came around the lower pool deck area and frightened some guests by going through their belongings. It was difficult to scare it off.

The hotel was beautiful. Rooms were very unique I really liked being up high in the trees in my own little cabin. The staff were really friendly and always offering a hand. Railay beach was really close so that was a huge plus.

The walk is horrible to your room. It can’t be helped but I wouldn’t do it again. It’s up a very steep hill and it left me exhausted every time so I didn’t really spend time in the pool or restaurant because I didn’t want to have to go back to my room. You also can’t order alcohol from anywhere other than the restaurant. Can’t even have it sent to our room which was a bit off.

Absolutely gorgeous cabin with everything you could need and more. V comfortable bed, huge shower…and bath! Wonderful balcony with view of exotic trees, fabulous pool, all very peaceful and nice to be a little out of town and away from the main tourist area. The staff were helpful and keen to make everything go smoothly too, honestly I couldn’t have wished for a lovelier place.

The one thing I hadn’t taken into account was how high up the hillside our cabin would be, not a problem for me but my husband struggled a little, if I’d known I might have requested a lower cabin.

really nice place, in the «middle of nowhere » not right in the middle of railey beach, so not in the middle of all the tourists, really like it. staff were friendly, room was huge!!

i liked everything, the only thing to be aware of is that you need to take the boat to go there ( of course there’s no cars on this side of the island, which i like ) but after that you need to walk like 1.5/2km to go to the resort, with a lot of luggage it’s a bit complicated !

Magical place, somehow isolated from other areas but not far at all. There are monkeys and squirrels. Breakfast is great, the pool is great, the staff is lovely and the food is very good (we also had dinner there sometimes). Personally, we loved the short walk to Railay Beach passing through nature. We were with a yoyo stroller and an almost 2 yo.

The hotel beach can become a real pearl ! Currently can not really go to the beach there. It is tricky, though, because of the tide. Mosquitoes- keep the doors close. Toilet flood, but nothing serious and was fixed really quickly.

Location is really lovely, only nature around, gorgeous views, monkeys jumping on trees, room was fairly clean and tidy, staff was helpful. Pool was clean and enjoyable.

Be aware that the road to the hotel can be lovely to walk, but hard to keep doing it once or even twice per day can be a bit tiring. AC a bit noisy and few last days it started dripping condensed water on the sofa, bit of problems with insects since the bathroom ceiling is not fully enclosed and there are gaps that allow flies and little gekos to enter. Just a bit overpriced, but depends what everyone expects from a resort in the middle of nature. Food can be improved a bit.
