We had a lovely warm welcome, room was spot on very clean, lovely hot shower and comfortable bed slept as well as we could under the circumstances of our stay, we were up in woodhall for my father in laws funeral. Breakfast was good . We would definitely come back and stay . Plenty of free parking . And right in the town so easy walking distance to the pubs restaurants and shops. Thankyou Claremont for making our stay a lot less stressful, hope to see you again.

There was nothing to really dislike.

Great welcome. Room was clean, comfortable and warm, breakfast was great and the location was ideal for what we were visiting for...House-hunting.... we are returning next week for another few days to continue our search. Rebecca was great and gave us lots of good info about the area.

Nothing was wrong with The Claremont. We had a great sleep the first night but the second night was disturbed by inconsiderate guests in a nearby room who talked loudly, without drawing breath from approx. 9pm when we returned to our room until after midnight. A little note in the rooms suggesting consideration for other guests in nearby rooms might help! I appreciate that The Claremont cannot control issues like this. Maybe boorish, loud mouthed ,noisy people will remain like that whatever!!!

Rebecca made us feel very welcome straightaway. The room was spacious and comfortable. The menu for breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice, freshly cooked and served by cheerful staff. The price was reasonable. We will return. Thank you for our mid week stay.

Rebecca informed us that the bathroom had just been painted, so may smell of paint. We were ok with that until we tried to get to sleep, and the smell kept me awake (but not my husband). However, the next 2 nights were ok, and we did inform Rebecca, and she did apologise. Saying that, we would definitely return here as we love the location.

The room was large and comfortable and faced onto the road. The bed and bedding were luxuriously first class. Also, the en suite was bright and spacious. The breakfast room offered a selection of items, from light fare to a full English breakfast.The proprietor, Martin, was welcoming and friendly, and Lilly who assisted was equally so. And I had the option of not having the room attended to on a daily basis.

I cannot say anything negative about my stay.

Staff amazing, so friendly and accommodating! Room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast some of the nicest scrambled egg we’ve ever had! And they cooked early for us as we had to leave for an event. Would thoroughly thoroughly recommend !!

We wish we could have stayed another night and explored the area

Everything exceeded our expectations (we had not stayed in a B&B for many years, choosing hotels instead, this was due to a couple of previous bad experiences), The Claremont is exceptional and there was nothing negative to say about the place. We would definately stay there again should the need arise.

The property is well located, all the amenities and bars and restaurants in Woodhall Spa are within walking distance. Rebecca was a charming host and gave us some good suggestions about things to see and do. It was also nice to meet Martin, the owner, who cooked breakfast this morning. Breakfast was delicious and the ice that was available in the communal fridge freezer was a nice touch-it reminded us of ice machines in US motels. The rooms were comfy and warm.

Staff really friendly, very clean and comfortable, lovely breakfast, good price, good location. Nothing to grumble about and no doubt will use again when visiting family, this was our second stay.

The second flight of stairs very narrow and steep but it's just the nature of the building. Could be a problem for somebody older to be put at the top of the building.

Exceptional welcome, room spacious and warm. Attention to detail e.g. small pack of tissues, hand held magnifying/normal mirror, extra tea, coffee, milk etc in the hallway outside the room if you needed any more, free wi fi, fridge/freezer available to use in the downstairs hallway. Breakfast choice more than adequate and served fresh to your liking. Parking was good and the garden area at the rear was lovely. Hotels proximity to village is excellent.

The welcome was warm. The room was a good size with lovely comfy beds. Everything was very clean. My husband had the cooked breakfast and said it was excellent..

The room was a bit cold though a convector heater was provided to help boost the central heating and the weather was extremely cold outside.
