First, the evening desk clerk, Laura, was very friendly and took care to meet my special requirements. The room was so clean and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the extra touches, a shelf with hooks as a drop off center, containers hanging in the shower/tub with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, two shelves for other items in the tub/shower, containers hanging in the vanity area with hand soap and lotion, a towel bar under the vanity to hang your hand towel, a basket with other other amenities on the counter. Didn’t have the soap scum from a bar of soap on a dish or vanity. It had a Kuerig coffeemaker in the room. The luggage rack built in was a nice feature. The breakfast was good with a variety of items. The main dish choices were switched up daily. The pool and the area around it were clean. This hotel is within walking distance to downtown with shops and tons of restaurants.

The fridge didn’t have a freezer area. But no biggie.

My stay was exceptional! My son and I were checked-in by Julia who was not only awesome to us, but also with the couple who checked in before us. She was friendly, knowledgeable about the Greenville area, and very helpful. She was quick to come to my room when I couldn't get our A/C on. This particular room had recently had some renovations done, and the window unit was now controlled by a wall console. She also came down to the pool to assist in getting the gate opened. The opening mechanism was very well camouflaged, lol, as it took a combined effort and a few minutes from both of us to find it. Our room was clean. Breakfast was great. Breakfast staff was kind and kept items well-supplied. I even heard a staff member offer to make a quick plain omelet for a guest that was allergic to items in the omelets that were already made. Check-out staff the following morning was VERY pleasant as well. I didn't get names, but the gentleman that I believe may have been a manager, was so nice. While discussing the weather (overcast/rainstorms) we discovered we both experienced Hurricane Andrew in Miami in 1992, and had a interesting conversation along with the young lady helping at the desk. Even staff in the hallways were nice, greeting us as we passed. Just an enjoyable staff, all around! But especially JULIA! She deserves being recognized for her great customer service!! Will definitely stay at this location anytime I'm traveling through the area.

Accommodating. My elderly parents were visiting from out of town to look at houses when my mother got sick. She ended up having emergency surgery. I needed to find a hotel so she could rest. I called and Hanna helped me. My mothers card was frozen because the bank didn’t know she left Massachusetts. I was able to pay for her hotel stay. My parents and son said the staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast was great and the room was spacious and clean. I am so grateful they were able to relax there. 5 stars

My Refrigerator was not Cold 🥶 Put 2 Sprites when I arrived 4 hours later... still Room temperature Even left overnight... still Room temperature... Couldn't find the knob... button ... to turn Cooler

Comfortable and very spacious and clean room with a Keurig coffee maker. Very clean bathrooms. The staff at the front desk (especially Julia) was exceptionally helpful. The location is perfect, two blocks from the busy and vibrant Main Street with shops and restaurants. It takes about 20/25 minutes to walk to the popular Falls Park.

For the first night I got room #205 directly behind the elevator. Needless to say, the noise level from the elevator was terrible starting in the early morning (I had arrived late). Luckily I was able to switch to a quieter room for the second night, for which I was very grateful.

Location was incredibly convenient to downtown. We chose this property due to the great cancellation policy along with proximity to downtown. The check in staff were incredibly friendly as well as the breakfast staff. Everyone we met was amazing. Breakfast was simple but varied and the coffee was fresh. They had fresh fruit as well. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

Only medium heat water was available in the morning but in the afternoon the shower was hot. It was a festival weekend and I imagine rooms were sold out. Water was not cold so it wasn’t a *real* issue.

We booked four rooms for family arriving at different times for a wedding. We received confirmation phone calls from staff about 24 hours prior asking if we planned to be there. We also confirmed all four rooms when we first arrived. Even so, when our last family member arrived, the hotel did not have a room available for them. They made the situation right by arranging a stay at another nearby hotel. But that was a frustrating hiccup especially at midnight.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The AC worked excellent and the bed was very comfortable. I was thankful for the mini fridge.

The check in process was very difficult for me. It took me an hour or more to finally get checked into my room. I booked the room through booking.com and paid in full. When I arrived at the hotel I was told my virtual card was declining and I couldn’t be let into my room. I spent 45 minutes on hold with booking.com trying to get the issues resolved. That wasn’t really the properties fault as much as booking.com but it was still a huge inconvenience.

Exceptionally clean and modern style, offers complimentary toiletries if you forget yours, rooms are QUIET, has Keurig coffee pots in the room with plenty of clothes storage for hanging clothes along with a full ironing board in the room.

Wasn’t aware until check in (it’s also not listed on the booking) that a $50 charge for security deposit would be placed on my card and refunded in a few days. This should be notated on the site as it’s why we chose this hotel for no hidden fees until.. there was.

Breakfast was good Room was good however most hotels need a comfortable chair that can be moved between beds to watch TV

Price was too high for a basic hotel room. Centrally located in downtown - could have used a basic map of the Greenville are with major roads and direction Parking in the back was a problem or could have been a problem. Dark, no security, possible personal safety issue
