Really good location so could walk to most attractions. Very big apartment with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen & dining area. The host was very attentive and replied to my requests straight away. There was a heatwave in Italy and the air con in all rooms was a great help.Felt very secure. Great value for money in Rome.

Not much not to like. The building is a little older as expected in centre of Rome.

The apartment is located in the city center, making it possible to explore the city by foot. Rooms are clean and the apartment is big enough for 4-6 friends. Kitchen is very basic and the level of comfort is basic. The price you pay however is great for this location and this amount of space!

I don't know whether this apartment really is suitable for home cooked meals and staying in. It is perfect for the travellers that use the apartment to sleep, rather than to stay for the day inside the rooms.

Rosella allowed us to leave our bags since we arrived a little early and just gave us the keys and said that everything would be all ready for us in an hour. We went and ate lunch at a nearby restaurant she recommended, which btw served the best cacio e pepe pasta we tasted, and then returned to a spotless apartment. There was plenty of hot water and even coffee and sugar in the cupboard. There are also TWO bathrooms!

The bathrooms/showers are a little tight but this is to be expected. That is the only tiny complaint I can come up with.

The hospitality,the ambiance in the house,the facility,the availability of the WiFi . Easy access to the highway and city center and shopping malls.

A perfect location: everything at your hand : we easily walk with kids to all main attractions as Vatican city, Colloseum, Trevi fountain, Roman forum, Spanish stairs, Piazza Navona, Campo dei fiori ect ...apartment is big enough for 4 people, with two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. a good garage is only 300 m from the appartment, which is also great.

The kitchens is missing some basic things as spatulas, pots ect.,
