A beautiful hotel with very comfy beds and great air con! The breakfast buffet is super delicious! Location is perfect. Only a 5 mins walk from a lovely beach and lots of great restaurants nearby! We enjoyed using the spa room as well!

Just a small thing but a few finishing touches in the spa room would have made this place a 10/10. Lockers, timers in the saunas and a cold plunge pool or shower for cooling off between saunas would be a lovely touch.

We loved our three day stay here. Very professional and friendly staff with a delicious breakfast buffet. The view from our window overlooking the marina and the mountain on the Island of Pico was stunning. Appreciated the underground parking and easy access. Loved the first floor lounge allowing a quiet and comfortable location to read in the early morning so as not to disturb my sleeping wife. Beautiful sunrise there. Location was ideal for hiking to the beach and enjoying the local restaurants.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was ok, not quite at the center, but close enough, especially in such a small town. Breakfast was decent, had lots of choices. I did not pay extra for a room with a view of Pico, and I'm glad I didn't because it was overcast the whole time and you couldn't see it anyway. And really, if it's visible, you'll see it when you go outside.

The bed was a bit firm for me, but if you like firm beds, it might be ok. Mostly the hotel seemed like it really needs a facelift. The decor and furnishings seemed like decades old.

From check-in to check-out everything went well for our stay. The staff was very friendly and addressed any issue we had very quickly (safe in room was finicky). The rooms are spacious and so comfortable. Ours had a harbor/ocean view. The beds are comfortable and luxurious. The bathrooms are roomy. (in our accommodation we had 1.5 bathrooms!). The buffet breakfast in the morning is enormous and delicious. All types of breakfast food.

The location of the hotel for the whale watching which is the main reason for our stay. Location to numerous restaurants.

The menu for lunch and dinner was the same and in the 8 days we stayed it never changed.

it was clean, the hotel staff is incredible, free parking was included underground below the hotel, which was great, the views were awesome. Wish we could've stayed longer.

The breakfast bar could be easier to access and to be more sensitive to cereal breakfasters (larger bowls, more oats and granola).

A comfortable hotel on the harbour with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. It's worth the extra cost to have a view overlooking the boat harbour. You are centrally located for the town and harbour exploration.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was big and with nice furniture. Good breakfast. Continente supermarket is not far from the hotel. Good cafe.

Scrumbled eggs seemed not to be from real eggs.

There was fresh fruit in our room, the staff were very kind and hospitable in every aspect! As we did not like the regular filter coffee at breakfast, so we were served quality coffee with no additional change. We stayed in the hotel for just one night but would like to come back for longer.
