It was extremely well located. Walking distance to everything. The team were really friendly and I could check in as soon as I arrived at the property. The room was clean, bathroom was modern.

The air conditioning was too hot and I couldn’t figure out how to turn it down- however that could’ve just been a me problem

Because of the location to the beach and market areas which are all in walking distance we felt this hotel provided really good value for money. The room is large enough to be comfortable, there is a separate shower room/toilet which is modern and spacious. The staff converse easily though English and were very helpful and pleasant. We found that there was so much in the local area to explore, with great shopping and markets, and while we initially used buses to explore Nice, we very quickly walked every day, so wear really comfortable shoes. We used the tram to get to Garibaldi square only two stops away, and the station is only a few minutes to Victor Hugo to use the underground to go the airport or to other city locations. We arrived at Terminal 1 and caught the train outside the terminal which brings you to Avenue Jean Medicine in about 25 mins for €1.50, a walk of a few mins takes you to the hotel which has an unassuming street presence, but inside it is modern and comfortable with a lift that took us to the 4th Floor at the rear of the Hotel. The room was light, airy and clean, it has a fridge, TV (which we never used) but no kettle, however there is a nice coffee machine in the lobby where you can get a coffee for €2 on request from reception. Room furniture is minimal with 2 drawers and a hanger but it was sufficient to our needs as we only stayed 4 nights. The bed was very comfortable, and the house keeping are terrific, the Hotel provided 4 proper supportive pillows for our bed which was really appreciated, so we slept very well.

The shower area is open, so you need to be careful to avoid getting any water on the floor, a minor inconvenience only. The Hotel provides shampoo and body lotion in the shower area, my wife felt it would have been better to replace the body lotion with hair conditioner because Nice is humid, so pack some conditioner to avoid frizzy hair.

The location is ssuperb, and everything is in close reach. It's just a short walk to the shops, bars, restaurants, the beach , the promenade, and the old town. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.. Good continental breakfast wide choice of options available. The complementary beach towels , smart tv, and mini fridge in the room, were nice extras. Room was good size and had good air conditioning, it was possible to request a kettle if required .

I'd prefer a room with a balcony

I liked that the hotel is located in a great area, close to all the shopping, the old town and the beach (don’t forget water shoes) The bathroom was clean (new appliances), the bed was comfortable. Everything I needed for a one night, just the basics; a clean bathroom, good water pressure, a clean room, a comfortable bed, and a great location.

I read a lot of comments on the rooms being small, I guess they weren’t from NYC. Hahaha. You could hear other neighbors but didn’t mind to hear some noise for like 10 mins.

I absolutely loved this little hotel. It was spotlessly clean and extremely well maintained, and it really couldn't have been in a better location. As a solo traveller I had a single room but the bed was actually a small double, supremely comfortable and with beautiful linen and pillows. The room was incredibly well appointed with absolutely everything I could need. I had a fantastic view over Avenue Jean Medicin with lots of bustle and trams. However the double glazing kept most of the noise out which was great. I loved it and will definitely return. Thank you!

The location was exceptional which really made the holiday being close to the beach, restaurants, station and shops. The hotel itself was very modern and we experienced none of the issues with smell, noise percolating through walls or inadequate breakfasts reported by some reviewers. Safe parking is conveniently available close by in Nicetoile.

Nothing, the location was so good, it outweighed any minor inconveniences.

Location, location, location🥳 Newly, totaly, renovated, beautiful rooms🥰 Busy streets during the days, quiet streets at night. On the streets of shopping. Old city a few minutes of walk. The tram from the AirPort stops nearby(Line2). I would guess it was about a 3 minutes walk. Public transport just outside the entrance. Bus/Tramline1. Late sleeper, so didn’t try the breakfast. Very helpful staff❤️ Fluently in English👍 Close to beach. About 5 minutes walk. Recommend to take a guided Segway trip🥳 Fun and learned alot about Nice👏 Highly recommend this Hotel❤️

+ location (next to Massena, close to the beach, walking distance to the railway station, to the buses to Cap Ferrat or Eze, very close to the tram going to the airport; + WLAN + bathroom + rooms with balcony (some of the rooms) + very friendly and competent staff

- only 2 shelves, hardly any place to store things (and the rooms are small) - no closet, only few hangers (IBIS hotel-like) - no slippers etc. - nothing of the usual soap, sewing kit additionals = not a 4* hotel but announced as, more a 3+ *
