Property was very clean, great water pressure in shower. A great information book was made available, info about property, local sightseeing options as well as local eateries including menus. An enjoyable stay overall.

The king bed was great, however our family found the single beds extremely uncomfortable. King singles would have been a better fit for an adult. Alternatively it would have been great to have had another queen bed in room two.

The check-in staff were very kind, friendly and welcoming. We stayed in unit 10 which comes with a spa. I was very impressed by how clean the spa bath was. The king bed was extremely comfortable, so comfortable I thought I was at home. There was no noise that I could here from the other rooms, it was so quiet that had it not been for the cars out in the carpark we would have thought we were staying there alone, and that was on a night that the All Blacks were playing South Africa and lost sadly :(

Big room and bathroom, clean and today. The first day we stayed, the weather was horrible, cold and wet. But the room was very warm ( we didn’t use the heater) and we enjoyed watching sky tv movie. Jacuzzi was nice, too.

The wall was thin? We heard all noise from our neighbours and upstairs. The stand light in the room didn’t work.

The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable and the extra blankets were appreciated. The glass doors and outdoor space were very good. The satellite tv with all the channels was excellent. Bathroom was a good size. Very good value. Close to a grocery store and some good restaurants but is a 30 minute walk to the downtown historic district. Would definently stay here again.

The wifi was okay. Could use updated couch.

Room.was fully furnished, very clean and spaceous. .just perfect

Motel reception only open at 2pm. No one at reception and door closed before 2. Alot of establishments in new zealand are owned by foreigners who have little hospitality experience and looking at cutting cutting costs. Reception is critical 24 hrs a day.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very spacious, clean and everything looked new/immaculately kept.

We had the end room at the top so people passing by and no outside space. But still good value for money and there are other rooms that would be nicer if available when booking.

Location to the hockey field was excellent

It wouldn’t have been good to have had tvnz-plus as the US open (tennis if you are wondering)and the para Olympic’s were on .lt is free you only need to log in for it.would have thought the internet would have been unlimited

Friendly staff, great location, plenty of parking spaces, kind and welcoming reception staff, the bathtub/spa in our bathroom, the service we received from the housekeeper while we were away 😊

We didn’t get our face cloths + kitchen cloth replaced when our room was serviced which we use a lot but that’s okay it wasn’t a big deal to us.

Extremely friendly and helpful owner who went out of her way to offer assistance with a stressful problem I had with my next booking in Tekapo. Room exceeded expectations, spotless, large, quiet and comfortable. Easy to find with good parking. Great choice of tv if that is what you want to watch after the penguin show ! Good value for money.

Location was good. King bed very comfortable and whole place very clean. Two bedrooms was a bonus as only expecting 1 bedroom and a bed in lounge. Friendly staff were very accommodating of our two vehicles on site. Thank you

Couldn't get sky tv box in bedroom to stop flashing a green light except by covering it with clothing. Unfortunately it woke me at 3am flashing before I did that.
