The breakfast was better than I expected very good. The people taking care of it did a good job of keeping it clean and filled the location of the hotel was pretty good. We walked downtown, which was good because we had been traveling all day and needed to stretch our legs

We were told to park on the first floor of the parking garage, but it was full and we went to the second floor and it was full so we ended up parking on the top which was fine. It just made it a little more difficult to find our room And another small issue was the shower did not have a tub and in the shower sprayed all over the bathroom floor making a mess which would be a little bit of a problem if we stayed multiple days because of towel situation.

This was a great place to stay. We came to Deadwood for March Madness and this hotel was perfect for what we needed. It has the basics and isn’t anything fancy but everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was great when we checked in. Due to the short staff, there was no breakfast offered however, they had breakfast bags for those who wanted it. There was also a casino right next to the hotel. They had a classic breakfast for 2.99. This hotel is located right and you come into town and is within walking distance to everything. There was free parking in the garage and had different levels based off where your room was.

Christian was by far the nicest employee of a hotel that we have ever stayed at. The front desk employees all went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Mike in maintenance helped us save the day when our rental car would not start and not only did he get us going but insisted that we take jump starter with us in case the car would not start when we were at devils tower.

The only negative we had was the maid for our room was very grumpy and not friendly- everyone else were WONDERFUL.

Check in was fast and easy and the staff was very nice. Great location easy to find and the parking was free and very accessible. There was a shuttle that we used once and the driver was very friendly.. The AC unit cooled the room very quickly we even had to turn it down it got really cold in the room; amazing! The room was very clean and supplied well. Great place to stay; thanks so much!

The Continental breakfast was ok but would have liked eggs or a little more protein. They had a gentleman preparing waffles and pancakes he did a good job. Can't complain it was free and very accommodating

The staff was exceptional! They helped us during bike week in EVERY way possible! Love the location, garage, wash bay, cleaning staff, and registration desk! When I asked about parking the manager Christian personally walked out to the garage and assured me the bike would be ok where it was at!

REALLY wish there was a laundry room, but if you are desperate for clean clothes there is a laundry mat just up the road

Be prepared to be in a maze! It was a very comfortable, nice hotel with a shuttle to the nearby restaurant because of the rain. The guy who drove the shuttle (Scott, I think) was sweet and helpful. The front desk was helpful. There is a parking garage if you want it and a beautiful view of the mountain/hill. The hotel is a challenge to navigate, but there is plenty of help. The rooms are nice and everything is clean. There is an outside balcony, etc.

For such a nice casino type hotel, the breakfast is not good. The waffle machines were down and you had to wait in a line to heat the semi-frozen eggs.

Fairly convenient walk to the arena, quiet for the most part. Fridge, microwave and Keurig came in handy. Large room to spread out and relax. AC worked great even on super hot days.

Location may not be for everyone. It’s a hike up the hill and then several stairs to Building 3 when walking, noisy in the room when people were talking or warming up their trucks, motorcycles on the parking deck right outside the window. Front desk staff civil, but not friendly, long summer I guess.

Breakfast to go was very much appreciated so we could get on the road when we checked out. All the front desk staff and personnel on the phone were outstanding. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

It is a huge complex, with very complicated pathways to get to your room. Would help to have a separate map for parking and clearly marked numbers for the levels of each parking area, to correspond with what floor you are staying on .

Great Customer Service, Clean Rooms, Very Attentive Staff. Parking is readily available.

Breakfast could have had more selection and the quality could have been higher. Adding Meat (Bacon, Sausage, and Ham) and a choice of potato (hash browns) would make a great difference. Offering scrambled eggs instead of Egg Omelets, getting rid of the muffin mixes in a cup and replace with real muffins, adding fresh fruit, and getting new beverage machines (ensuring lines are replaced and water is filtered( would make a big difference as well. Also Get rid of the sausage, egg, and cheese muffins...gross.

Clean facilities. Friendly staff. Breakfast needed more options. Nice comfortable bed. Good sized bathroom. Our room faced the front of the hotel and only had a curtain on the window. At night, the room was VERY light. A blackout shade would definitely be an asset to front facing windows! Keurig coffee pot, small fridge and microwave in room.
