It's a great place, very clean and friendly staff. It's a friendly family environment. There may be some fluas, but it's still a great place to stay on vacation. Thanks 😊

The only thing I didn't like was the pool. It's too small for too many people. They were two barbecue pits but only one picknick table. We shared it with 2 other families.

Location, price, cleanliness

Not enough parking, outside trash needs to be tended to more often

The location was awesome, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly.

The pet fee was extremely high, and considering the very small pet 'grounds' I think the fee was over the top. Might want to rethink having a thorny rosebush and clippings inside the pet area! Also, having paid for two pet fees and being placed upstairs, it was very inconvenient. The breakfast was very feeble in my opinion, and apparently most breakfast venders are truly on vacay time because finding a decent breakfast was difficult. The Dairy Queen right down the sidewalk opened at 11:00 too late for biscuits!

The beach was within walking distance. Breakfast was available. So close to the town, You could walk if you wanted to.

I tried to think of something negative. The only thing I could basically think is, that it didn't have any hotel associated coupons with businesses around town.

I liked the pool. The staff was very helpful to work with me on getting a first responder discount. The breakfast was pretty decent.

Parts of my room where not very clean.

The Front desk clerk Ashley was very accommodating. She went above and beyond for my family and I. The breakfast was simple but delicious. 2 different types and sizes of waffles was great for my children. My children loved the pool and spent the majority of the time we were at the hotel in the pool. We always had fresh towels and linens whenever we asked.

The rooms could have been cleaner. It felt like the floor needed to be swept and mopped. I did see a roach but no bed bugs!!! So you're getting what you're paying for with this hotel. The housekeeping staff could have been friendlier. The parking lot is small and will fill up quickly. We did switch rooms at check-in bc the TVs weren't working. And the air conditioner definitely needs some maintenance.

Friendliness Clean

2 things that need attention are the shower not strong flow and most important was the AC— not so cold - warm air for a time being.

The fact they have breakfast until 10:00 a.m.

Someone left trash in front of our door room and it was so smelly

Staff and location. I asked to be moved from top floor to bottom and she accommodated us with no hesitation. Thanks!

This hotel has a laid-back vibe. We have stayed in this CLEAN hotel multiple times, in multiple different room types, over the last year with many different family members from age 5 through age 76. Everyone was very happy with the clean accomodations and friendly staff. The 2-Bedroom Villa with fold-out couch in LR was especially nice and convenient for all of our kids to share. The whole family actually had Thanksgiving dinner (picked up from MacDaddy's Family Kitchen... yum!) in the Villa thanks to the huge kitchen and all the counter space, and room for us to add another fold-out table. We really enjoy the convenient location of this hotel... basically on the main road to the beach/jetties. QUICK NOTE for families with kids when the beach water is warm... You can find your own hermit crabs literally hanging onto the jetty rocks on the shallow side right where the water meets the sand. Also, for fishermen-women, practically diagonally across the street from this hotel is Woody's Last Stand where it is always fun to fish on the Island Queen or take a dolphin-watching tour.

Hmmm... If asked what I did not like, well... I guess I didn't like that I was not able to stay longer... LOL
