Great staff and the boys loved the small pool. Breakfast was really tasty with a good amount of choice. Location is about 15 minutes drive away from the center. Five minutes drive from Žnjan City Beach which is a great beach.

Parking is a nightmare. Arriving in the dark it was hard to find the hotel as it is in a built up area. Parking was very difficult and subsequent days going to and from the hotel caused lots of stress with parking.

We liked everything about the stay. Very easy self check in, good instructions and information about the stay, the room was extremely clean and bed and pillows super comfortable. Parking spots if you have a car and the location easy to drive anywhere. We highly recommend staying here.

The only thing to keep in mind is that they don’t offer breakfast in other seasons apart from summer, and also the pool wasn’t working. Both didn’t bother us at all. As we still had a great stay in Split.

The villa was very nicely laid out and it was spotlessly clean. The pool was small but very clean and plenty of places to sit/ lie. The location was good .....very close to an excellent pizzeria (where we got a takeaway) and not far from the town although it was a steep walk back up the hill! Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and great service. Overall I was delighted with Villa M, just what we needed for our first night in Split.

Property was clean and modern

Property (our apartment 401) needed a shower screen/curtain as we had water over the floor when the shower was used. It also needed a bottle opener, tin opener. a sieve, a tea towel and oven gloves in the kitchen as none of these were supplied. Hooks in the bathroom would also have been useful.

The staff are absolutely amazing!! Luka was unbelievable!! Had a answer for everything needed and recommended the best restaurants in Split. Pool was perfect and the room was everything we needed. Would definitely stay again

Location isnt as close as it looks to the main attractions as the road you need to take goes around and not straight

Breakfast was very nice and freshly made every morning. Karla, Luka, Julia and all the staff were very nice and friendly. We would highly recommend the Villa M team and would visit again. A big thank you from the Mehta Family.

The wifi was a little bit slow. So maybe it could be a bit more faster. But this is a personal preference. I overall found it very good.

The girl at the desk was so lovely, friendly, helpful At check in she got Maps on the computer and showed me where to eat, the beach, supermarket etc She even offered to drop me off in the Old Town when she finished work. She certainly made all the difference even giving me copious amounts of ice for my drinks Beds are comfortable, good size room and bathroom Rooms are modern and all is very clean

Could do with a little (only a little) maintenance on the pool and surrounds A toaster at breakfast would be appreciated together with a little more variety but it saved you from going out Need better fridges in the rooms - couldn’t make it cold

The staff make this place. All of them are so friendly and welcoming. Every time they see you they say hello and ask how you are. No task was too much for them and they were on hand when you needed them. Location was about an hour's walk from the old town but we went along the coast and found some lovely beaches to stop off along the way. Uber is really cheap to get around as well if you don't fancy the walk. There are some cheap bars around the villa which are a quarter of the price of the old town. Everything about this hotel was brilliant and I would stay there agajn

We had a penthouse apartment which was spacious and new. This was what we sought after a week out sailing.

The location was very remote and nearly impossible without a car/auto transportation. While it was a little odd not having someone at reception all day, the staff were very responsive via telephone which made up for it.

Very comfortable apartment, newly renovated. Very helpful and friendly staff. Pool / sauna / jacuzzi. Nice pizza place and grocery stores nearby. Terrace with sea views.

Renovation not quite complete - won’t be a problem going fwd and staff helped with missing items / niggles.
