The breakfast buffet meals should come with juice,tea and coffee not having to pay extra for that

Comfy bed and pillows. Good room size. Onsite parking (up to 1.9 m high vehicle only). Balcony and furniture were good. Decent sized fridge. Quiet at night. Bar and cafe available. Lovely breakfast although no coffee of juice included in price. Overall pleasant room and hotel.

Staff not available at front desk to answer phone (I rang 3 different times) and when I first walked in. I had to ask kitchen staff if anyone was working at the reception (but lovely when she did turn up 10 minutes later and appeared that she had to do other tasks other than reception so lack of staff I’m guessing). Pool spa was cold. Sofa was stained and looked uninviting (we asked for a sheet to cover and staff very obliging and mentioned that get the furniture gets cleaned twice a year). Lack of bathroom toiletries and no shelf for shampoo etc in shower. No fan in bathroom. No coffee or juice with buffet breakfast but only $17 in you book in advance.

The restaurant food was amazing and good value for both breakfast and dinner. The barista made coffee was also fantastic value and quality. Happy hour wine and beer was good value for money between 4pm & 7pm. It was a very spacious room and the bed was surprisingly very comfortable.

Better lighting in the kitchenette would be beneficial. Also, a toaster would have been helpful. No access to a BBQ in the bbq area. If you are going to call it a BBQ area you need to have BBQ's????? Spa in the outdoor area needs to be modernised.

The room was very spacious and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was very spacious as well. Everything was clean. It also has a microwave and cutlery, plates, mini fridge. It was great as I like to eat healthy so I was able to buy some healthy food from Coles and eat a few meals in the room. TV is a decent size too. The staff are pretty cruisy and nice. You can get beach towels if you ask for them.

The room was missing a safe. I'm pretty sure it would have been ok, but in this case I like to lock my bag as I had some bad experience once in Thailand when things went missing, so now I lock everything. And it's just a personal preference but I do prefer the warm lights. The room only had white lighting except for the bedside lamps which I ended up using.

Amazing view to the mountains from the 6 th floor, ask for higher floors, there is a loft so all good Very new hotel, great shower, clean and new furniture Great location in the city centre

Bed is not comfy, very wobbly, if sleeps two, you can feel any movement of the other person and can’t sleep During breakfasts, the food is included but you have to pay for coffee and all beverages except for water, not great, feels like they wanna charge you for little things. During check in, they ask for a card for protection, this is not Hilton and not Marriott, I didn’t wanna give them my card, but they insisted so had to give them one, didn’t like it

Fantastic layout for the apartment with a nice view towards the ocean. Easy walking to amenities and entertainments. The staff were friendly and bonus laundry and underground parking. Modern furniture and very clean.

The kitchenette was sparsely supplied with dishes/pots/cloths so you couldn't really cook anything even though there was a nice induction cooktop. Also there was no a/c or fan in the bedroom so it got quite warm in there. But hey, it was otherwise a beautiful unit so this is only observation, no complaints.

Rooms were of good size and had microwave and plenty of storage space. Even thought the Breakfast Buffet was closed had vouchers to use in cafe which the food and coffee was awesome.

No 24hr reception so if you arrive out of hours you’ll need to access the door and get room key from the lock box. If there is an issue you can buzz services though.

staff were really helpful and friendly,room was comfortable with good shower.room had a nice mountain view.Staff were great with tourist recommendations and booking tours,plus they gave us a few discount vouchers to certain attractions.

The staff missed my early check in email,that had previously been agreed to,months in advance,so i had to go and kill a few hours around town.Not ideal after youve been in transit for 8 hours.The hotel was getting renevations that we knew nothing about,so its a bit of an eye sore,plus there was a dumpling house that used to be at hotel lobby that wasnt there,although we never had an issue getting parking in hotel underground carpark,parking is very limited.

Loved how clean it was and the staff were lovely and super accommodating! was only about a 1km to rusty’s market but was a lovely walk along the park so was super quick. Had a comfortable stay here!

My only complaint would be that there were renovations going on at the hotel during our stay and we weren’t made aware of this until we arrived, so parts of the pool were closed off and covered in construction materials, which wasn’t exactly a ideal/pretty site to be laying by the pool with tradies and mess everywhere. i’m sure it will be amazing when the renovations are finished but should would she. been nice to know that this was happening.

The size of the apartment was excellent. I loved the separate kitchenette and lounge/dining area. The bedroom was a decent size as well. The whole apartment was very clean. Location was excellent.

There was no air conditioner in the bedroom. Luckily it wasn't a hot night, but it would have been quite uncomfortable if it was. Also we had a front facing room and the road noise was surprisingly quite loud.
