The most important reason was the location. As it's just a 3-5minute walk to our venue, not so far from the airport, walking distance to a train station, grocery and mall. The place was well kept. Provides cooking, laundry, and has a balcony. Also has hot & cold water.

The reception area or lobby is on the 2nd floor, in case of multiple luggage, guests would have to go a flight of stairs to carry the luggage as the elevator starts on the 2nd floor.

Lots of space, walking distance to popular areas and the main station, easy check-in with no problems.

This is not a real „problem“ because I didn’t mind it that much and I slept well! Anyway, people booking this place should know that it is located near a hospital thus there might be some sirens sometimes and if there is louder noise outside you can definitely hear it. It’s not too busy so don’t let this put you off, but if you’re really sensitive about some possible noise when you sleep this might be important to know.

We stayed for a month. We had a cozy apartment on the 5th floor. The beds were comfortable. The electric hob was enough to prepare small meals. The washing machine worked very well and the host even provided washing powder. The location is very good - bus 15 stops right outside the hotel, the subway is quickly reachable. There is also a mini shopping center nearby, ramen and udon restaurants open 24/7. Hakata Station, Gionmachi Station and Canal City are within walking distance. Despite some problems, I will miss this place.

The hotel is located next to an expressway, so you can hear cars (not a problem for us, but worth bearing in mind). The kitchen is very small, no cutting space, not a lot of dishes either. The sink often gets blocked. The WiFi on the 5th floor is poorly configured and often doesn't work or disconnects. You can connect to WiFi from other floors, but then there is a problem with coverage. It is enough for basic activities, but it can make work difficult.

Very comfortable apartment for a long stay, though slightly out of the way from the main part of town. It's about 20 minutes walking from the train station, 10 minutes or so from the nearest big grocery store, and about 10 minutes from the closest metro station. The building is next to a freeway but my specific apartment was facing the other way out towards the street, and I didn't think the noise was any worse than expected from a big city. I was there for a month and found it much quieter overall than other city apartments I've stayed in.

The kitchen was fairly small with absolutely no counter space, which I found challenging.

It said city view but we only saw the walls of the bridge. The Wi-Fi password should have been left in the room. Luckily the wifi pw in the lobby was available so we were able to contact the hotel staff. Otherwise there would have not been a way to connect to the internet. Also we didn‘t know there was a type A adapter in the cabinet so we had to look for the nearest convenience store to buy an adapter for the charger which was very expensive. Only before checking out we have found the adapter which should have been somewhere reachable and visible in the first place to not waste money.

Easy-going place with fair pricing. Instructions to open the entrance doors and open the key box were clear, so checking-in was pretty simple. About 15 min. walk to the subway Gion and a bit less to subway Chiyo-Kenchoguchi and about 20 min. to JR Hakata (for Shinkansen). The price from the international airport by taxi was less than 2000 yen although it turned out to be less known to the taxi drivers, so better have some info at hand about the location of the hotel in Japanese language. Overall, good value for money.

Not a major problem but note that the hotel offers no breakfast and there are no places to eat breakfast and no convenience stores nearby but there are vending machines for soft drinks on the street next to the hotel. The room was fairly clean although I found some hair from some previous guests in the bathroom.

The room was the most comfortable and nicest we had in our whole stay in Japan. There are a lot of things to tidy our bags and belongings (closet), which was rare so far. There is a small kitchen + a washing machine. The bathtub is great, everything is clean and nice, and the bed was really comfy. The studio looks nice and modern. It's well located, 15mn walking from the train station and not too far from the subway, so perfect for a transfer.

The room can get cold (seems like it loses easily the heat) but thankfully the AC which can turn into a heater worked well. There was no one at the reception most of the time, self check-in. The city tax is not included in the initial price so you need cash to leave in in the room.

The location is good and is very close to two subway stations. Self check in was easy & with clear instructions. The bed is comfortable and it’s a good size for one person.

The room was very cold, even with heating. The windows let in a strong draft But other than that the room was great

The staff is very helpful. I was able yo check in early & comunnicate well too since he is well english spoken person. it is 15mins walk to hakata but you can easily get bus as there’s highschool in front of the accom. taxi fare from here to hakata and airport is also affordable. most importantly the accom is well equipped with so many things!

the accom is on the 2nd floor so it’s quite a hassle to bring your bring your big luggage. the stairs were quite steep but it is not a long staircase. so still ok 😊

Pretty nice place. Not far from Hataka and Nakasu, and it’s a mostly-quiet place

Requires a bit walk from the subway/train stations and convenience stores.
