The location of this hotel is superb. I just walk to the jonker st in the morning for breakfast.. Then jonker st and dataran pahlawan night market. this area is so packed with cars so by foot is faster to walk to the attraction place. The lobby is so homies and the staff were so friendly. We were checked in around 1 am as our bus was delayed due to heavy traffic and the front desk lady was very welcoming wearing nice cheongsam and she still attended our late night request as suddenly we needed an extra bed. All in all i love this place despite the location of our room in front of the lift 😂

The design of the toilet bowl facing the sink.. As the space is a bit tight also it dangerous if people if slip at this area. I dont know about other room but mine a bit tight. I would suggest redesigning the sink area to make it more space between the toilet n sink.

My 2nd stay with Swiss Heritage. Everything was great, staffs, room and location. It is the Perfect place for a holiday esp the location....back of Hotel alley leads to Jonker Street! There are eateries nearby available from breakfast to a 24hrs Family Mart. Shopping at Jonker and walking distance to many touristic places, shopping, massages, wet market & more. We had the family room with a swivel staircase leading to the other bedroom with shower too - beds were very comfortable and Hotel was clean with friendly staffs....Excellent!

The key access is a hassle as we were not able to open our room daily and had to get the Front Desk to update it. This should have been resolved immediately instead of continuing for 3 days in a row!

The room I've got was very spacious. I absolutely love the sofa bed. It's so nice to chill on it with the snacks we bought from Jonker Street! There's a mini bar with a sink on it and love the shower. It was so spacious! I'm so glad they had a good hair dryer, but i doubt it was dyson, although it look like one.😆

There's a few things I wish the room had. 1. A small cabinet or something to have our clothes to hang. There'sno where to hand our clothes or our towel. 2. The room doesn't have a safe. It's not a big deal, but if there is, it'll be great. 3. There's no " Do not make up room" sign card to use when we don't want make up room.

Pros. Superb location right at the entry point of Jonker Walk ( weekend night market street). They have a water refill point, which is a great service towards reducing plastic excesses. Good rooms with all the desired amenities (aircon, wifi, storage, washroom amenities etc). The staff was pretty friendly and responsive. Cons. No breakfast. However, enough food options available on the street. Only one chair in the room. Given its size, one additional chair/ seating space would have been more appropriate.

Location was great! It leads straight into one end of Jonker Street and made it super easy to go to all the attractions. Also had good parking space for such a congested area. It also helps that when the Night Market is open,the parking is not obstructed. The room is a nice cozy size with all the thing I need for a simple nights stay.

The towel rack was slightly shaky so no place to hang used towels. Even though it looked and felt clean to the touch, the towels had a funky smell, like placed near dirty clothing or soaked too long without enough detergent

The hotel lobby! Love it! The room was nice homey and comfortable =) and most important is clean!

All is well! But its also good to add in some note that it can be a bit noisy at night 😅 our room faced the main road, sometimes some cars/bikes would be speeding and/or accelerates .. at some point its so loud it woke us up. And the TV.. some channels the audio and picture is lagging haha farnee to be watching a show where the actions is slower than speech.

Great location walking distance to Jonker Street. Can find a lot eateries outside the hotel. Room was clean and staff is friendly. There are few parking lots behind the hotel. Weekdays should be no problem to find a parking spot.

Soundproofing not that good, can heard people talking in the room from corridor. Hot water need to wait for few minutes.

The staff was very helpful, the room & toilet was spacious which I appreciate since we have a toddler with us. Location is very good walkable to Jonker Street where there are a lot of shops & cafes nearby.

Even though they advertised to have a parking space, the lot was very limited. The space of each lot was too tight even if everyone parks dead centre in the space. If you come with a bigger car, better not park here as even for a Myvi the space is quite tight.

The room is clean and comfortable. Have a spacious and clean toilet, it is nearly 1/3 if the size of family room. Got free car park. Have nice welcome drinks at lobby. Good location and near to Jonker street and at less clouded places. It will have better rating if there has no poor parking and street blocking experiences. Hotel is ok, just the surrounding with poor and self fish shop and people with illegal parking and blocking the road.

The parking space is very narrow and hard to park. The construction work near to parking area is terrible, as the contractor occupied a lot of the parking, most of the time they will double and triple park. Besides, the construction work make even harder to park as they make the space become narrow. After parking inside you may face difficulties to drive out as the restaurant near to hotel block the whole exit at street make you no way to drive through. If you try to move to another route, it is terrible and will be block as well when morning market at the street. So you will stuck at mid of the narrow road and nobody help.

The room was clean. Bedsheets, pillows and toilet especially, was super clean. The hotel interiors were a great place to take pictures. Very old school vibe yet charming. The WiFi was good. Staffs were friendly. Provided me with info & recommendations about the nearby places. Jonker Walk was just right behind the building. Managed to soak in the night market atmosphere. Walking distances to places like The Clock Tower, Hard Rock Cafe, the famous Chendol stall just beside the river and also the ticket booth for the river cruise ride. And if you able to still walk more, you can also visit the replica ship and the marinetime museums. And just around the corner, you can ride the Taming Sari Tower. And maybe take the rickshaw ride back to the hotel.

The room smelt a little musky when we 1st entered. Took a while for the smell to go away. The aircon took a while, cooling up the room. But since the room is not that big, once it sets into its temperature, you're good to have a good cool sleep. The tv channels are very basic. There's no Astro. However, thanks to their WiFi, my 5yrs old gets to watch his cartoon shows on Netflix using our personal ipad/hp As I'm muslim, it was difficult to find Halal eatery around. However, we stumbled into one restaurant just behind our hotel, along Jonker Walk - Memang Meow Kopitiam. The food was delish!
