Absolutely loved our stay at Astina Suites Penrith and will stay again. The staff are all lovely and go above and beyond, especially Holly. They were very accommodating to several special requests we had including accepting groceries prior to drop off, changing of linen mid stay and searching for items we had left behind after checkout. We are a couple with a toddler so the superior 1-bedroom apartment super roomy for us all. Astina provided a cot and linen FOC. The apartment had everything you need for a home away from home without unnecessary furnishings (like vases, breakables, etc., like maybe air bnb have). Double door fridge, cook top, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, clothes drying rack, pegs, basket etc. The superior apartment we had only had carpet in the bedroom (I'd prefer no carpet at all but this is the minimum compared to may other apartment options elsewhere). There were blockout blinds throughout and sheer curtains. The apartment comes with a free secure car parking spot. But if you don't have a car, everything is in short walking distance. Coles, kmart, coffee shops and restaurants. Restaurant recommendation: Tins & Wood = yum! We unfortunately didn't make it up to the rooftop die to raining weather during our week long stay.

There was a bit of mould in the shower, the bedroom carpet could have done with a vacuum and the rug in the lounge. These items only stood out to me because everything else was so clean and perfect. I am sure if i had asked for the carpet to have been vacuumed that they would have happily arranged it.

Staff very friendly especially on check out. Short distance from shops and transport. Gorgeous appartment was so comfortable and luxurious at an affordable price which is rare. The pool and bar facilities are top notch and would have loved to use the spa it looked incredible but had no time this time but I will definately be back.

As we stayed a few night and not daily service without fee. It would be nice to have additional cleaning supplies to clean in-between check in and check out days. Broom, Mop, bench spray etc. Possibly have these items in the laundry room for use or available on request if needed. There were a few things supplied however it would be good to have other items availablev

Exceptionally clean, very large rooms and bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry. You could very comfortably stay for any length of time as it had everything. Morning receptionist was lovely, pool looked awesome. Next time i will make sure i book a night when the bar is open.

The small 2 seater couch was terribly uncomfortable. You could easily put a chaise or something similar but it had no back cushioning at all. Also parking was interesting with a large car. It took quite a few attempts to reverse in and i ended up turning around to reverse from a different angle as there wasnt a car in the spot on my left hand diagonal. But we fit in the end and the spaces are nice and wide. My son and i had a good laugh attempting it.

Was very nice to walk into what seemed like home. Very clean, tidy, well set-out, spacious and comfortable for our entire family. Real happy we chose to stay here.

Was pretty perfect, just would be great to receive fresh towels each day - had to ask for these. Was a task getting some bathroom amenities though, with four people showering twice a day it'd be great to have sufficient amenities for your entire stay not just for one night - perhaps a little basket for the booking period would be a great little addition which could include tea and sugar, just the basics, again for the entire stay, wouldn't think it'd cost too much to supply those few little items to save you needing to buy any of this on arrival - thank you.

The Reset part was amazing despite our booking issues with it. The receptionist at the time (Holly) was absolutely AMAZING! The room was spacey and had everything we needed.

We had issues with our booking with the Reset other than that we had a pleasant stay and the receptionist at the time fixed the issue straight away which we were satisfied with. We would have liked having the tv in the room rather than out in the lounge room where myself and my partner couldn’t lay down comfortably with each other.

Location only nine minutes from International Regatta Centre where we were competing in the Australian Dragon Boat Championships. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping. An excellent appointed apartment with all equipment and amenities you would need for a week long stay. Allocated, safe car parking. Friendly, supportive customer service staff.

The roof top bar/restaurant and room service are unavailable on Mondays and Tuesdays.

We were only there for a short stay, just somewhere to sleep basically however, the staff accommodating my request for the walk in shower recesses was excellent.

Really like staying here however, the seating for us, elderly mother and myself is just so uncomfortable. The lounge is very difficult to get up and out of, if you are short your legs don't reach the floor and the swivel chair is not a good option either. A more thought out seating arrangement for people who are not as young as we used to be would be ideal.

Excellent apartment hotel with a rooftop bar and pool. The rooms are very large and done to a high standard. Well located and a short walk from Westfield shopping centre and the restaurants located there. Also a short walk to Penrith station. Has parking underneath.

Noise from the next door carpark, caused by cars going over metal speed bumps especially as workers arrive and leave for work. The hotel car park is a little tight for SUV’s but is manageable.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The rooftop bar/restauranr area and pool are lovely, as are the facilities available to book for a facial, float, ice baths, sauna etc. Location close to Main Street and Westfields shops are a walking distance away too.

Music at bar was very loud - hard to talk/hear at the table and was turned up louder during our time. Also could hear it from our apartment at night - it doesn’t need to be that loud. It took away from the nice experience at the restaurant and in the apartments.

Very modern apartments with all the amenities one could want. Each aparment comes with a complimentary car park. The roof top bar was great. Apartment location very central with lots of cafes for coffee and breakfast.

We asked for a late checkout of which we were advised that we could check out at 12pm for $45 of which we asked what would it cost if we only wanted it for an extra hour and she said it wasn't possible. All or nothing. What happened to a free 30-60 min check out or at least charge us half the price. Beds were a bit hard but I do prefer a softer bed generally.
