This is a very good 3* hotel. I was here with some friends for the Venice carnival and we got 7 rooms. At the beginning I was a little concerned because this hotel has some bad reviews but immediately when we got there we were welcomed by very nice and polite girls. They did everything to make our stay perfect and I want to thank them. This hotel is very clean, the rooms were small but perfect for the price, very confortable. The heating sistem was functional making our rainy days very cozy and warm. In the morning there is a coffee machine and if you need something to eat there is a Lidl very near. The bus station is right in front of the hotel and bus number 8E takes you directly to Venice Piazzale Roma. Also in front if the hotel is the bus station to the Train station Mestre and there you can get a but to thw airport (11 euro). Perfect location, very good price, clean, warm and cozy. Elevatir worked perfectly. Thank all the receptionists for beeing fantastic!!! Will definitely vome back here when visiting Venice!

Perfect hotel

I had a great stay, the customer service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. My room was cleaned and readjusted on daily basis. The hotel's location is very convenient, just a short walk from the biggest mall in the city "Le porte di Mestre" and very close to both the bus stop and train station, making it easy to reach Venice and other destinations. Highly recommend for travelers looking for comfort and accessibility and to stay on budget.

Absolutely great value accomodation when travelling to see Venice. With a bus stop literally at the front door it's simple to get in and out of Venice at a small cost. Lidl is also just across the road with freshly baked goods in the morning for a cheap breakfast before heading sight seeing. 24/7 check in which was brilliant as my flight landed late. Rooms are basic but that's all you need.

They need heavier blankets during the cold weather, all that was on my bed was a think sheet and a light throw as my blankets only for there was another throw in the press I would have been fairly cold I had to wear a hoodie to bed the nights I was there. Cleaners start very early, hoovering at 9am, knocking on doors and their phones ringing in the hallways a few times talking loudly.

The hotel was really nice and the staff was always up to start a conversation or help you when you needed some help or a recommendation. Rooms were fine and the AC could easily make sure you'd be comfortable in your room.

The location wasn't ideal since you'd either have to walk approximately 20 minutes to Venezia Carpenedo or 45 minutes to Venezia Mestre. The shower was a little bit too small for me though I could still manage to shower.

-close to the bus station albeit the bus comes every half an hour or so -very friendly staff -close to stores like lidl

-parking at the front of the hotel was small, maybe 7-8 cars before they would block each other. I heard there is a park out back but I don’t know. -the terrace door was not shutting properly so we heard the sound of cars passing by and crickets, as there is a lot of nature around the hotel. -cold water was not working at the shower, so you either washed with boiled water or not at all. Next day the issue fixed itself. When I told the staff at checkout this issue, they looked concerned and they gave me a good vibe

We had a room on the top floor with a very nice balcony. The location is great for traveling to Venice — there's a bus stop just by the hotel. We rented a car, but did not use it much because of the difficulties and danger of parking around the islands. The staff was friendly, helped us with modifying the booking through the Booking.com support.

The double bed did not have the double mattress. The room is pretty old, so there are way too few electric outlets.

The room was clean and tidy, a bit basic but definitely value for money. Check-in was from 2:00pm. I arrived at 1:50pm and had to wait until the check-in time! The hotel is situated away from the main centre of Mestre, but buses run on a regular basis to places like Mestre train station. Jump on the 31H (bus stop on main road outside hotel) this will take you to Mestre Centrale train station where you can catch the train to Venice, or change to the no 2 bus direct to Venice( bus stop outside the station). If you walk about 800m from the hotel towards Mestre centre you can catch the number 2 which will take you directly to Venice and visa versa on the way back. I walked from Mestre train station to the hotel and it took about 20-25 mins. To catch the bus from Mestre Centrale to the hotel, cross the road outside of the train station and wait at the bus stop, catch the 31H and get off at the next stop after the Lidl supermarket junction, the Club Hotel is located on the other side of the main road. The hotel staff spoke great English, which is a great help when your Italian is pretty poor.

The shower didn't work great, but did what it needed to do, eventually.

BEDBUGS!!! Bedbugs found in the room, and when going to complain there was others there with the same complaint. Luckely we discovered right away and were able to move to another hotell befor beeing infested. Thank god we were travveling by car as this was at 11pm in the evening

Only putting this as a good review in hope that it gets to the top so people can be warned to STAY AWAY This is apparently not the only case as I now afterwards have read trough tons of other reviews all complaining about bedbugs

Great location, bus stop just outside the hotel. Lidl supermarket 5 min walk. Big bed, two adults and a 3yo child sleep comfortably. Blackout curtains, you can sleep till noon without even knowing it is bright outside. They give us a kettle, we could make a tea, my wife was happy.

Too much ukranian propaganda on the "sticker wall" you guys keep an eye on it. Shower and sink was plugged, showerhead cracked. They have some energy saving lights everywhere in the hallways and they don't tell you about it. Lights are on timer and shuts off after some time. And you have to find switch in the dark when you trying to find your room and walk up on dark stairs.

- It's only 20 mts from Peschiera bus stop and 8E( direct bua to Venezia) , 31H, 32H, 34 H (these 3 buses to mestre and from mestre take 2 to venezia) -Staff was very helpful -they allowed to use the mircrowave and utensils. -supermarket is just 250 mts way or just 1 bus stop away.
