The place is really nice, I felt at home in a way, it was very cosy. Everything is new, it's a stunning duplex apartment, with a large fridge, stove, microwave, boiler and so. The living area is very comfortable, the angle couch made me feel at home, with large tv screen. The bathroom is so pretty, really loved it ! Loved the mirror soft light for evening showers. Illimited hot water was also a great point ! My favorite part was the bedding 😍 It's reaaaally comfortable, the best bedding in Bali that you'll find in this price range hands down 🙌🏽 💯 The mattress, the linen, the pillows, hmm I still dream of them haha 🙈 Also the lights are very soft and warm, in every room which helps feeling relaxed. No noise at all, very very very quiet area. Peaceful. They provide pool towel if you ever go lay down by the sunbeds. The staff is very lovely, the boys did a remarkable daily cleaning service. AND, the most important, Vadim was the best concierge ever. My stay wouldn't have been the same without him. He's been very attentive, reactive, helpful, caring and friendly with me all stay long and taking news from me daily to make sure everything was good. He helped me organize a tour with a private guide (which was my favorite day in my stay thanks to him), and recommended me the best Visa agency in Bali, they made a miracle for me !

No hangers / hooks for clothes and towels I advice you to come with an eye mask, the shades are not blackouts in the bedroom

We were only meant to stay 3 nights but ended up extending it as the apartments are so beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by lots of amazing rice fields. Perfect for relaxing but also a short and easy drive to nearby spots like Ubud center and the big rice terraces. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms with water dispensers and fully equipped kitchens. The pool is spotless and the communal area is lovely. Host is very responsive and the concierge service is amazing! We got our scooter and laundry organised for us and a free massage !! 10/10 would recommend to anyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property was a great little base with everything you need for a longer stay, and is walking distance to lots of great places to eat, and a short scooter ride to the center of Ubud. The WiFi was good and the property was clean, with friendly staff and a lovely pool. And just to note (as per other reviews) although there is construction going on next door, I barely heard it in the apartment I was in (number 4) so don’t let that affect booking this property 🙂

I had some issues with the hot water and a leak in my bathroom, but the staff were on it straight away. And not a criticism at all, as there were plenty of places to eat nearby, I think it would be a great addition to have some sort of coffee/bar situation on site, or maybe some kind of breakfast on offer. When I first arrived I wasn’t very well, and being able to get some food on-site would’ve been amazing. But I understand this probably isn’t feasible.

Very good value for money. The view from the property over the rice fields is beautiful! The host accommodated all of our needs and the staff were very kind and helpful. They offered daily cleaning which I didn’t expect from an apartment stay but you are treated like a 5 star hotel! Check in was easy and the property was easy to find. I would definitely recommend using the concierge service to easily organise things like reservations, scooters, laundry and much more. Scooter parking available and you are very close to local attractions. Big comfortable beds with lovely clean linen and the kitchen is a great addition, it has everything you would need. The staff and manager were amazing at helping us with our requests. They were available at all times for our requests, and the manager arranged to fix a few things we addressed promptly. The construction nearby didn't affect us as much as others stated. The internet speeds were quite decent at around 120Mbps for D/U. The location was in the middle of a rice field terrace, a short walk from the road to the apartments. Grab pickups and dropoffs worked decent for food and travel.

Pickups and dropoffs were a little stetchy for cars, as there wasn't a lot of clearance space from the road to the path that takes you to the apartments. The location is a little far from downtown Ubud, but closer to the bigger rice terraces with the swings that everyone seems to adore for IG. Watch your footings around the area, as around the Ubud area, there are not any sidewalks.

Really enjoyed the apartment - it was beautifully decorated, clean and met all our needs. I was happy to see that there was a water filter inside, so we did not need to buy bottled drinking water. We did not use the kitchen much, though we were grateful to have the facilities. Our only issue was with locking the door, but this was sorted pretty quickly. The apartments are just off the road and next to a rice field (our balcony had a view over the rice field - away from the main road). There was a lovely restaurant across the road. It was a quiet and peaceful area. I'm not sure about local amenities as we didn't walk much in the local area.

Nothing to dislike.

Nice location and view. Cozy room and clean bathroom. A bit smaller than it looks in the pictures, but quite enough for a couple. Special thanks to Gus and the team. They were so responsive, provided us with everything we needed.

Soundproof is absent. We were lucky to spent 1,5 weeks with quiet neighbors and it wasn’t a problem. But a few days with a noisy company and kids next door became a test of patience.

The staff is super nice and helpful, Mr Gus the villa manager has helped me a lot during my trip to find the best driver with a good value of money, Special thanks to him and to the team 🙏 The house is nice quite far from ubud but it's super nice for the people who want to enjoy the silence and the beauty of the rice field The room is quite small, so if you don't like narrow spaces this could not be for you.

Clean. Decent internet. Friendly staff. Good view. I had a good time. Worried about noise initially, but turned out pretty calm.

Minor sound proof from people who live on the 2nd floor. Other than that, no issue.

We loved this place, location is just near to rice fields. Inside apartment is another great place to live , you will find everything you need . Very cozy. We will come back definitely
