Convenient to work in Wanganui Rd. Pizzas were excellent. Golf pro shop is superb and pro Rheanna very helpful and friendly. Helen in the dining room was lovely and Erane was very attentive in accessing the room after hours and sending me a text reminder when the restaurant was open.

No breakfast available. Could the greens keepers please start somewhere other than the 18th hole for edging, mowing running the work golf cart next to room 1? I know they are very busy but it would be useful if they were mindful that people might still be sleeping at 7.15am in the accommodation.

We stayed for three nights and were really happy with our stay. The room was cosy and one of the best part was the next morning, when we got up. We had the best view from the french door window. The view of the golf course was amazing. We didn’t come to play golf but I enjoyed looking at the scenery ! (See photos).The manager was also great. He texted me before we left home and gave us perfect info for when we arrived. He was even happy to let me leave later than the 10am check out time planned for our last day. Thanks again Eran! In summary, we had the best accommodation in town 😊

A great place to stay for a night, or longer, as the room had a kitchenette with Kettle, microwave, fridge and sink. beds were comfy and the view over the golf course was lovely. It is quiet place to stay and a few minutes drive from town. The room and furnishings are pretty dated, but lots of room, and there were 3 beds in my room, so my children dropped in to sty for one night! Easy to self check in and communication was great and speedy with the staff.

It could do with a bit of a face lift, as a bit tired. bathroom was functional, plenty of hot water in the shower, but could also have been a bit cleaner, but it might just look that way as it is old.

Excellent location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Well priced and close to amenities. Strong wifi signal. Unfortunately the bistro was closed over the Christmas holiday period so we dined out. Would have dined in the bistro out of convenience and exceptional bar staff.

The cleaner walked into our room without announcing herself shortly after check-in. She was apologetic about it but I'm sure my husband's exceptional example of a male in his prime and dressed only in his honey badger jocks (actually the exact opposite) will be burnt into her mind forever. I doubt she will make the same mistake again. 🤫 Bottles of water and larger milks would be a great touch.

I chose the motel to access the golf course, which was awesome by the way!!! I also like that it was a nice distance from the town centre and the main sports precinct. Whilst the room was basic, it had all the usual facilities expected in budget accommodation. Bistro being open more often would've been handy but that's not a deal breaker. Wal and the other staff in the pro shop were fantastic - super friendly and helpful every day!!!!

The Bistro staff could've been more keen to assist, but I think they may have been overwhelmed by the unexpected number of walk-ins at the time. We didn't book so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.... we also didn't stay for a meal in the end.

Check-in was super easy, and Erane was lovely to deal with. Messages were sent the day of check with details and we were also informed that dinner was available that particular evening before we arrived. We didn't eat in as we had already made plans in town. The room had plenty of space for our little family of four, and the room had a bar fridge, toaster, and kettle, which made for easy breakfasts before going out for the day. I left dirty dishes on the sink rushing out the door and came back to them being washed, fresh and clean. Most unexpected but a lovely surprise to not have to do the dishes when we got back from a long day out.

Our bed was sooooo soft. For many it would probably be fine. But it was too soft for me. But that's the only that we didn't like!

The location was perfect for our visit! The room was spacious and had all you needed. Check in and staff were pleasant, friendly and easy to deal with. The quietness was bliss and no traffic or other noises.

The parking spaces were unallocated and if busy we wouldn't be able to park in front of our room. I think patrons staying should at least have one car park space with their room number on it.

Located above the 18th green of the golf course was a great view to wake up to. Having such close access to the golf course was great. The kitchenette in the room made meals cheap to heat & eat. Free wifi access permitted me to use my foxtel access.

TV reception was poor. Having to swap rooms after a rain storm wet the carpet in the room was a hassle.

We have stayed in Shepparton a few times and although the majority of accommodation is conveniently located on the main road, it gets very busy and noisy at night and have found it hard to sleep. The gold club is only 6kms from the main Rd and is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed a lovely nights sleep and the having coffee in the morning on the patio area overlooking to golf course added to the relaxation. Will be back 😊

Decor is a little stuck in the 70s with dark wood and burnt orange vinyl headboard. But that was overlooked because it was clean, tidy and comfortable.

Location was great, we overlooked the golf course which was interesting and nice and green. the room was spacious and really clean, the staff helpful (I had to call for directions as my Maps had taken us to the cemetery which the golf course backs onto), the staff member was patient and gave good directions.

Everything was great, if the restaurant was operating on the night of our stay that would have been a nice bonus.
