Loved it. The room was big enough. Rec room/gym and pool area all exceeded expectations. And it was Great to have restaurant and store on site. Owner Dan was very helpful and attentive. Staff were very nice especially Alvaro... treated us like family. Hope to see you guys again soon!

It was awesome but if I were to be extra picky... Room only seemed big enough for 2 people, so the rate could be lower considering that. We were only 2 so it was perfect. If I came with other family members we would need 2 rooms. The facilities were great. Restaurant wasn't open every night, but other nearby places were waking distance and also very good.

My husband and I liked everything about this property - the location, the owner, the attached convenient store, the attached restaurant and the proximity to the beach. The owner, Dan, is exceptionally welcoming and will answer any questions you have. His suggestions for things to do in the area were always on point - and if you are able you MUST try the nachos at his attached restaurant with the mango salsa. The salsa is made from fresh ingredients straight out of Dan's garden on/around the property! We will stay here again when we come back!

We don't have any complaints whatsoever about this property. The one thing that Dan said he is looking into is adjoining some of the rooms so if families come to stay, there is an option - which would be great for us when we come back with our kids.

The Inn is new and lovely. The market has a variety of items and I would HIGHLY recommend you try their homemade ice cream cookie sandwiches. ;0) The rooms have the most plush towels I have ever experienced at a hotel, literally better than my own towels at home. And all the items in the kitchen (toaster, blender, stove etc) all in new/like new condition. I didn't try the onsite restaurant. Just a couple minute easy walk from the beach. And SMART; they have a safe in each room that works off credit card versus a code or key. Dan (owner ) and his team were terrific. The most powerful AC unit I experienced on my vacation lol!

My only tip would be that you take ear plugs. With the location having high ceilings in both the rooms and the hallways, it echoes a bit. Aok for me, and simply others may notice it.

Dan has done a great job building the inn and adjacent facilities! Beds are comfy, linens were great and kitchen is adequately equipped. We moved the two wicker chairs in from the balcony as there was otherwise no other place to relax.

My companion was disappointed with the restaurant dinner; shrimp burrito only had 4 small shrimps.

The property was perfectly located in a neighborhood area that is close to everything. In addition, everything you could need for a comfortable stay is in-site or offered as a service on-site. Lastly, management and staff are great!

Dan was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The rooms were large and clean, and the restaurant, marker, and surf shop downstairs had everything we needed. Playa Grande, a large, quiet, pristine beach was a short walk away

The size of the room was exceptional and the furnishings were clean & modern. the balcony overlooked the pool which was very pleasant and calming, and the kitchen was well appointed and very functional. The inn also features a great restaurant and bar that’s open Mon-Sat and there’s also a convenience store on site for picking up groceries, beverages, snacks, and a wide range of goods. The surf shop features t-shirts and towels.

The shower could have been better designed to Chanel the water directly to the drain. Shower water tends to splash throughout the bathroom. The location was too far from the main road so you have to drive over dirt and rocks for more than a mile. The dust from the road winds up in the rooms.
