Our stay at Aloft Khobar was pleasant and memorable. Located in an upscale area, the hotel offers ample underground parking, which made arrival easy. We were warmly welcomed by Mr. Ontaki, the bellboy, who promptly took our luggage and guided us to reception. Despite it being a busy Friday afternoon, check-in was smooth, and our request for a higher-floor room was accommodated without issue. Definitely family-friendly since children of all ages are welcome, unlike some properties that impose unnecessary age restrictions. The elevator security system impressed us—it only allows access to your own floor, the ground floor, and the 10th-floor amenities, giving a sense of privacy and safety. Our room, located on the 7th floor, was clean, well-lit, and quiet with three large windows offering a beautiful view. The king-sized bed was very comfortable, and the lighting and carpeting gave the room a cozy, modern feel. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, featuring a shower that easily fit two people. We explored several of the hotel’s amenities, including a compact gym and pool area, a mini pool for kids, a small jacuzzi, and separate sauna and shower facilities for men and women. The pool and gym hours were gender-specific, which helped avoid crowding. We were provided with warm towels, which added a nice touch. The lobby area offered entertainment with a PS5 gaming station, a snooker table, a mini bar, and even an outdoor sheesha lounge overlooking the highway. In-room, we appreciated the complimentary water bottles, tea, coffee, and kettle—small comforts that enhanced the stay. Overall, it was a peaceful, clean, and enjoyable Eid getaway.

The room felt a bit small, with limited lounging space and a stiff bench more suitable for luggage than relaxation. Their bigger rooms are higher priced. While the pool was somewhat average-sized, it felt small for a 4-star property. The jacuzzi could only hold 3–4 people, making it suitable for one family at a time, so it was often occupied and hard to access. We also noted a large tennis court, which felt like an underused space that might have been better allocated as the pool area. Dining was a letdown—the buffet-only restaurant was overpriced, with no à la carte choices, and room service snacks were similarly expensive.

I recently stayed at Aloft Hotel for a couple of time and had a good experience every time from start to finish. The check-in and check-out process is incredibly smooth and fast, thanks to the efficient and friendly front desk staff. Special thanks to Hasinah, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Her warm welcome and exceptional service truly made a difference. The hotel itself is calm. The rooms are clean and beautifully designed with a modern touch. I enjoyed the peaceful ambiance, which allowed me to relax and unwind after the working days. IMPRESSIVE SERVICE & BEST BED AND PILLOWS I spent two nights at Aloft in Dhahran and was truly impressed. I recommend it for business and family stays. From the moment I checked in (late at night), through to a complimentary welcome drink, my extremely clean and spacious room, to breakfast & dinner, and a smooth checkout, I was amazed at the very efficient, friendly and super helpful staff who ALL spoke English. Free Wi-Fi was super fast and efficient - I was able to connect 4 devices to my room account without delays or slow connection. I am convinced that the mattress and pillows I slept on were the best I ever experienced. The room was very quiet, neat and clean, with a big bathroom and quality toiletries. The AC was super efficient. The restaurant serves standard Middle Eastern hotel food, but it was delicious and the waiters are great. Many thanks to all the staff at Aloft, especially to the check-in team with a special mention to Dhafer, and to Nour the F&B Manager who takes interest to ensure great food is served. Keep up your awesome spirit, Team.

The only disappointment was that the hotel was facing issues with TV channels, which left me with only two English channels to watch. But to their credit, they did inform me through a letter of apology on the desk in the room that they were working to rectify it.

The room was quite spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the room was breath-taking. The ambience was excellent

The TV didn't have enough channels available. There was no option of youtube. The windows needed cleaning from outside. The wired phones were not working in the room. I had to use the one in the toilet

Amazing staff elaf was so nice and polite she handled everything for us and she always have a smile on her face. Also i love the fact that you have swimming pool for ladies I would love to come again because of this

Just please don’t change the timing for the ladies swimming pool it good maybe try to open drinks store like enargy drinks and mojito

The staff are brilliant! Nothing was ever too much for them. They did everything promptly -booking taxis, helping me in the printing room etc. Thank you to Mohamad Salaam, Haya, Roshan, Ukesh, Lama, Foza and everybody in reception & room service. Lovely rooms, very clean and spacious. The decor is beautiful-modern & chic. The beds and pillows are so marshmallow soft.

The prices are high. The coffee shop downstairs which is a brilliant idea and is served by a lovely young man, didn't have prices written on items. Having prices on food items would be helpful especially for new visitors not yet familiar with the Saudi Riyal. But it's a small issue. The staff serving there are wonderful.

Staff, relaxed ambience, basement parking, casual dining, in-room dining, room rate was good, loved the little snack and tea/coffee station on the ground floor

Maybe more TV channels catering to different cultures & languages... More English and news channels to be specific so we can keep up while staying there.

the staff here are very friendly, helpful and professional. They are always great with a smile and are happy to help. Comfortable rooms, with bigs bed and lots of space to walk around in. The bathroom is also great with a shower that is spacious to use without banging something against the wall or door.

There is a grab-and-go food shop in the reception with snacks and drinks. For some reason, that part of the hotel has an AC issue, so don't buy the chocolate from there as it's usually melted inside the packaging. But this is no reason not to stay as the great hotel, just buy your chocolate from the mall on the opposite side of the road :)

The beds are extremely comfortable, the room was spacious. The air conditioning was perfect and easily controlled. The toiletries were great quality. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are well equipped with irons and ironing boards. The hallways smell wonderful and the parking is readily available hassle-free. The location is perfectly situated across Dhahran Mall. The gym is great, nice to have a water cooler in the gym.

The timing for the gym and pool is restricting. It would be better to have alternating days, so men and women could both use the facilities in the morning.

Good value for money hotel right in the middle of the city. All services were on point. Good mix of all the needed elements. Reception staff was very friendly. Miss Haseena helped us with a very smooth check out. I appreciate that
