Everything from communication from host pre arrival to my room itself. The hotel is centrally located and surrounded by places to eat. Nice room with plenty of space. Good wifi and no need to keep logging in before use as per other hotels. Strength of signal good as was the ease of use. English language channels on TV including BBC. Nice continental breakfast with good variety of choice. The host does not watch you whilst you eat and goes and sits on the terrace. Would stay again.

The hotel does not have a lift Small repair needed to rectify door closer. Did not affect my stay.

The room was cozy and very clean! The location also is very convenient. Right at the city centre and you can go everywhere on foot. The breakfast was also very good. Not big variety but they had everything you need with good coffee and fresh bread.

The room was small and the bed was too soft for me.

The owner, Martin, was a great host. Very knowledgeable and runs his property extremely well. Location was brilliant. Rooms are large and comfortable.

No lift to the rooms. This however, was made clear in the description of the hotel, so was not phased by it.

Can get noisy outside, but that comes with the location. The hotel provides earplugs for this.

I loved everything. Great service by Martin, lovely room, perfect location and great breakfast. It’s definitely the perfect hotel to stay if you’re visiting town.

The location. Situated in the middle of all possible restaurants. Only possible disadvantage is the nearby bar with loud music until late. Didn’t bother us though.

Staff was perfect and the Hotel is great in every was. We had a great time during Amstel GOLD race 2025

The hotel is in the middle of the city; great for our city trip. Nice and decent breakfast. Clean rooms with all you need.

It was very dusty, no elevator and the restaurant was not open for business yet.
