The convenience of the hotel being so close to cbd, and being able to just walk into town was fantastic

Making my booking at 7:25. Got to hotel five minutes later, only to find the hotel locked up for the night and no staff around. The hours on the website and front door stated it was staffed unti 9:30pm. So I still had two hours. I rang the mobile number and was told I’d have to wait 30minutes. I went and had something to eat. Came back 45 minutes later only to find still nothing, waited another 30 minutes so over an hour. The guy got there and apologised, but that was it. I thought that was very unprofessional.

Proximity to town centre and railway station. Ground floor room with parking directly in front. Comfortable bed and couch with good lighting.

No crockery apart from 2 cups - had to request from reception and this was not mentioned at check-in. Had to keep bathroom door closed because of a draught through gap in window. Kettle only just fitted under the bathroom tap.

When we checked in, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The availability and option of having breakfast.

This is a very busy motel and appeared to be fully booked for the night we stayed there. The only negative comment I have is that there is not enough on-site car parking to cater to all patrons , if the motel is fully booked.

I reguarly stay in Bendigo for work and I have found my go-to hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious, heating is fantastic, everything is clean, no harsh lighting which I appreciate, there was everything I needed, and the option of breakfast is a bonus. Will definitely stay again.

My co worker said that her room just had harsh overhead lighting, my room had great lighting but I will need to request a room that doesn't just have harsh overhead lights.

The room was large, with 2 very tall teenagers this was brilliant, plenty of room without feeling cramped. Excellent location within walking distance to nearly everything, shops, cafes, restaurants, museums, discovery centre, gardens and then a spa (in room) for the end of the day. If you’re looking for good food & fantastic service would recommend either London house (Bull St) or Brewhouse Cafe (Hargreaves St) for Breakfast, Brunch or Lunch and Imperial Palace or Clogs for Dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was centrally located adjacent to View Street and close to all of the venues our conference utilised. I couldn't get a downstairs room however the facilities in my room were modern, clean and spacious.

Car parking was tight and rooms didn't have an allocated car park. Nevertheless I got a car park every time I needed one.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, very clean room, and lovely bedding. and I could even sign on sbs on demand

a lot of water wasted due to shower taking a long time to get warm (but that is probably due to old construction of the building and distance to hot water system. Maybe a little bit of washing up liquid for our cups

The location of the hotel is perfect. Quick walk to the centre with many things around to do. The room was large, the beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The person on reception was very friendly.

The bathroom window was permanently open a few centimetres which was not the best for the cold weather. The hotel could do with a refurbishment, but the room was large and comfortable, so it was fine.

Great central location, surrounded by loads of great eating options. Perfect for Tesla drivers looking to charge overnight and be ready to go in the morning.

Would be good to get some plates/bowls/cutlery. There was a toaster in the room, but nowhere to put toast once ready. Ate takeaway pasta from Joe’s Pizza with a teaspoon, as it was the only cutlery in the room.

The room was very clean and comfortable.and the owner, Simon, was very welcoming. The breakfast was huge and very good value for money. The location was perfect, a short walk to the beautiful park and the shops. There are lots of places nearby to eat. There is no question as to whether I will stay there again whenever I am in Bendigo.
