We were warmly welcomed by Jean, she also went out of her way to get a gift for my son, we requested for change in rooms and this was done swiftly. The staff at all levels went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, including the restaurant and reception. Said at the reception is welcoming and professional. We loved our stay, it felt like a home away from home.

This hotel does not have a pool, other than this everything was perfect about our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Kyriad Muscat hotel, and overall, it was a delightful experience. This charming hotel offers a perfect blend of relaxation and comfort. The hotel’s location is absolutely unbeatable. Close proximity to airport, Business areas and tourists’ location. The surrounding area also has a variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance. My room was spacious and well-appointed. I had a sea facing room with a breath-taking view of the ocean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. From the check-in process to restaurant recommendations, to suggesting tourist locations , their service was top-notch. They genuinely cared about making my stay as pleasant as possible. The buffet breakfast at the restaurant was sumptuous and wholesome. I also enjoyed their Coffee from The Second cup. The coffees were perfectly balanced with the right amount of foam and aroma.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Most friendly and helpful staff. Lovely and great first impression of the hotel on our first stay and exceeded our expectation on our second visit. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We're very pleased with overall service. .We hope to be back for a longer stay.

I really like my stay here. The place is clean, comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating. The location is also pretty good. Not too crowded and not far from Azaiba Beach. Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely consider coming back. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and decent place to stay.

The receptionist Abdurahman was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He was very very helpful, he made me feel like family and would help me solve problems as though they were his problems. He even invited me to his wedding!

My next door neighbor was very loud. The glass door in the shower had a leak and made the bathroom floor wet

Excellent service from start to finish. All staff are excellent from reception, housekeeping, restaurant, coffee shop. All very helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were 5 stars in terms of rooms, food, drinks. Great views too. If there is a swimming pool, it will be even more magnificent. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

Superb quality room with sea view. Spacious and well-equipped. The included breakfast offered extensive choices, and the evening dinner was also very good. Only 10 minutes drive from the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful.
