Location . Mini kitchen section is great. Beds comfy. Excellent window shutters to prevent light in morning. Located beside a supermarket and a Chemist and a tram stop.

We used the jets in the bath and they weren’t clean, dirt came out into the bath. On our last morning at 9:30am someone opened our bedroom door which was quite scary ( presuming a cleaner) checking wasn’t untill 11.

Location is perfect. 20 minutes away from opera building which means city centre. Room is big enough. Kitchen is small but adequate.

Don't forget there is no reception. It's not possible early check-in and luggage storage. But I knew it, so it wasn't a problem for us. And the photo of the building is wrong. The colour isn't pink anymore. The colour is light yellow.

The location is good 15 min. from the center on foot. The bathroom is good with everything you need. But we had problems with the cleanliness of the place. We found it full of hair on the floor. Despite this the first day we arrived we could not connect to the wi-fi and I wrote to them and they immediately replied and fixed the problem.

The room was great and comfortable, we feel safe in the area. The location is amazing so quite and private. The cleanliness was fantastic. Budget friendly.It was a great experience hope you will maintain that way .Well recommended to the tourist.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Suggestions maybe a bigger electric fan, dishwashing liquid and adapter will do but the rest were excellent😊

The room was great, spacious and clean.

We had requested twin beds but got a large double - it was 2 single beds pushed together, there was an extra duvet but no extra sheet. It wasn't a great problem for my friend and I , but it would have been excellent to get what we requested. Also, we were informed that off street parking would be arranged for us, which wasn't - we had to move the car several times - again not a great problem, but we took the room expecting a parking spot.

It is very close to the Zurich Hb station and connectivity is great. You can board the tram opposite the place and head to the Hb Station. The place also had most amenities and was a comfortable stay for a short duration.

Would recommend providing a kettle for use

I asked for a non-smoking room. but it was impossible to breathe in the room from cigarettes. I bought candles to remove the smell and slept with the window open!!! please don't smoke in the room! and a dirty frying pan.

Some things were broken like door hooks or missing switches etc. Also 1 awning was broken and wouldn't roll up. Some cutlery was missing or less, though for our 2 nights stay it was ok. This needs to be improved.

A nice location in a residential neighborhood. The appartment had a small kitchenette, quite helpful.

Unfortunately the area is quite loud (it was quite hot, we needed to open the windows and the tram on the street was very loud). There is no air conditioning (we already knew this). A ceiling fan would have been very helpful.
