The staff were well organised, breakfast has a wide variety of food to choose from and hot and cold drinks, the pool has beds but also sun loungers. There are numerous sofas inside the hotel and chairs outside perfect for relaxing. Make sure you catch a drink at the bar with reasonably priced drinks and a variety of seating options. The room was spacious and well decorated with a little balcony to relax on. We were lucky to be upgraded to the beach view. Book in for a massage or Haman. Lovely experiences too.

Buses are infrequent and a car is helpful otherwise a lovely flat 30 min walk to Perivola to the supermarkets and restaurants.

Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of food. Courteous welcoming staff, comfortable beds. We picked it because we wanted a room that had a bathroom with a bathtub, not just a shower

The hotel was obviously very elegant when first built. Unfortunately it is very neglected and outdated now. At breakfast, dead ants washed out when pressing the tap for water. The bath was very badly caulked all around , the water outlet plug would not close properly, the towels rather small and ungenerous, the sink missing a plug entirely. In all very overpriced considering the condition it is in, despite the staff trying to make up for it by being very hospitable.

The spacious villas, the personnel has helped to change the room for the one with more privacy on the next day by request. Guys working there are really nice, they're handling all the requests you might have and they're eager to help. Wi-fi works perfectly well both inside and outside of the villas, great to make working calls if needed.

The jacuzzi in the villa didn't really work, because as soon as it was on, the electricity in the bathroom was off, so the whole system of electricity might need to be reviewed. Too much chlorine (or chemicals) in the private pool, it was causing a burning sensation on the skin while swimming. Expecting your order in the restaurant (we had the Full Board and had to order the food using the menu) might take a very long time, as the same kitchen is also working for take away/ delivery.

It's a lovely retreat for two days away from it all. The hotel is next to Kiti point and the Faros light house and beach. The beaches near by are so beutifull. Such a romantic promenade. The hotels restaurant serves a limited selection of dishes but I have had the best Spaghetti napolitana I have ever had there. The simple most pasta dish done by an Artist. I have asked to meet the chef...Michael his name to kiss him for this dish. It's a great value for your money. If you are nit in a rush. Want to sea a real sea roaring below you...go to this hotel.

There was nothing not to like. OK the carpets in the hallway need replacement bur it is a 70 euro to 80 euro a night hotel. Its not the Emirates Palace. Actually this modest home like hotel is better in so many ways.

Great location, free parking,kind staff,clean facilities . The price is low in comparison to the prices in larnaca and you have everything you need in the next village,Kiti. The beach is less then 2 minutes walk,the neighbourhood is quite and fancy and the hotel is high-ended designed.

The meals are boring. They could have done much more with the same ingredients when creativity is added....to eat the same all over again and again for the entire vacation isn't fun...

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, in a quiet area just steps from a beautiful beach. It's easy to reach by taxi or bus. The property features a lovely swimming pool and a spa offering various services upon request. We tried the massage and sauna — both were fantastic! Breakfasts are generous and offer something for every taste. The staff is amazing — very friendly and always ready to help with anything you need. While the hotel isn’t brand new, the prices are very reasonable, and everything is kept spotlessly clean. We would be delighted to stay here again!

Everything was great

A nice hotel with beautiful details and a wonderful swimming pool. A peaceful place near the sea. We really enjoyed our breakfasts in the restaurant or on the terrace overlooking the sea/swimming pool.

There were lots of facilities but not all of them functional. The sauna was cold, some of the gym equipment was broken, the hairdryer in our room didn't work. The hotel is in a remote location so a car is a must if you want to visit the best parts of Cyprus.

Some people might not like the location but it was just great for me, more quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was nice.

The internet is just terrible, maximum 5mbps and disconnecting all the time. I couldnt even watch a video on youtube. Another thing that one plug next to the bed was literally hanging out of the wall.

A Very nice, shiny, clean, well-equipped and relatively small hotel, located just a few minutes' driving distance from the Larnaca airport in a very peaceful and quiet area. The area of the hotel is very green and beautiful. The outdoor pool and GYM are perfect. The kids, my wife and I loved the pool and pool area. The rooms are very modern and nice. The hotel is run by a family with a passion. The hotel manager welcomed us at around 23:00 (PM) and stayed around until after confirming all guests just checked In, were happy and calm. We had a very peaceful and pleasant stay. We chose it as a short driving distance from the airport, Yet it looks like a good choice in Larnaca ( if you are by car. Lranace city centre is ~ 20 min drive). There is a beach about 150 m away which is nice for an evening walk, and also a nice 3km walkway/bicycle path to the next village. The breakfast is very nice. The staff are happy and smiling, helpful and kind and the atmosphere around is great. We had a very great time and we are sure we will come back. Thank you very much :)
