Stayed a week at this hotel which is conveniently situated in a quiet residential district close to the centre of Strasbourg. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and tidy with a kettle and some drink making facilities. It wasn't the largest room I have ever stayed in but it was fine for our trip as we intended spending most of the day out and about in the city centre anyway. The tram connection to the city centre was excellent, just a short walk away to the nearest stop and then a ten minute trip on the tram. It was even possible to walk to the centre if necessary. The room was comfy and the shower was excellent. The restaurant was quite good too. We only had breakfast on the last day of our trip but there was a good choice of food.

The TV had limited choice of channels and no BBC world news unfortunately but hey, we were on holiday so it was not a big problem. The balcony door/window faced out on to the main street but had not got a net curtain so you had to be modestly dressed before opening the shutter in the morning - else risk a "Life of Brian" moment.

Although I arrived late and didn’t get to spend much time here, the hotel was spotless and very quiet. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and the shower—hands down the best I had during my whole trip. Hot, strong water pressure, and so relaxing after a long stressful day. The bed was also very comfortable, and overall it was a peaceful stay once I got there.

The hotel is quite far from the city center, and it took me a while to find it, which was difficult without a working phone. Also, the room had no windows that could open or bring in natural light, which made it feel a little closed in. Breakfast was €15, which felt pricey for what was offered.

The room was clean and in a comfortable residential area. The staff was so nice. The location is so pretty. Frequent tram/bus is available to go to city. There are some restaurants or food outlets nearby.

Though the location is so pretty, the hotel was a little away from the city. The hotel is located some 500-700 meters away from the bus/tram stop. If you have luggage and reach the property by bus/tram, it might be a little difficult to reach the property.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The room was incredibly clean and the bathroom looked like it was just recently renovated! The breakfast was really nice and the staff incredibly nice and helpful. You can park your car in the parking lot of the hotel. Very easy to get to the city center (20 min of a picturesque walk along the river).

The only thing I didn't like is that the door was not really soundproof and the guests who came back to the hotel at 2 am thought it was a good idea to talk loudly next to my door. But it's about the guests, not the hotel. Earplugs will help :)

The hotel which is in the walking distance to old town is recently refurbished. Modern interior and comfortable bed. The huge bathroom is also new with good light; the only thing is that the shower needs a glass wall to keep the rest of the floor dry. We stayed with our dogs and had a room on the ground floor with access to garden, which we really appreciated. The staff was very friendly. The hotel has a very good restaurant. We had dinner and a hearty breakfast there.

At first we thought that it would be a bit hard to get to the hotel by tram/foot because it's not in the city center, but it's very easy in fact. It was actually a great walk from the hotel towards Barrage Vauban and city center. We appreciated the fact that being a bit further away it was quiet at night, the breakfast was amazing and the staff very friendly and helpful. It's a good value for money place and although we didn't need it, if you are coming here by car, the hotel has a large private parking place. Keep up the good work guys! Thank you!

The beds were not that great in the sense of they are twin beds put one next to each other, but without a large double mattress, they have individual ones for each bed. So during your sleep you can easily split the beds with your weight or leg as they are not tied together. For us, as a couple, that was the only disadvantage that we could find in the room/hotel.

Cute and quaint. Near walking trail into city and only a short walk to streetcar/bus into city. Maybe 15 minute streetcar into town :) It’s tucked away in residential (I think?) apartment complex lot. Veryy quiet and felt safe. Nice surrounding nature. Room was clean. Staff was very nice. For the price, we would definitely stay again!

Room was very basic and with no AC, hot while we were there (late May, and we were top floor). The provided fan helped a lot. A few switches in the room didn’t work but that didn’t bother us.

Exactly what we hoped for. We arrived early to check in and were given storage for our bags. The room was small but comfortable. It was clean if a little tired in places. There are no great views but it was located well for getting the tram to the city centre and the staff are wonderful. The restaurant didn't inspire me when i looked at it on arrival but we ate in one night and the food and service were exceptional. Steak Salad and chips, wine coffee and liquors. I would definitely recommend this for a group of friends coming for the christmas market.

The decor inside and outside looked a bit tired. So on arrival its not very inspiring and I was a bit disappointed, until we got great service. The service makes up for the less inspiring decor. And Honestly comfortable clean and good food.

The location is great for getting in and out of Strasbourg. The tram stop is a 5 minute walk away and then its a short tram ride right into the centre of Strasbourg. The hotel staff were welcoming on arrival and the car park felt safe and easy to use. The receptionist was very helpful with instructions on how to use the trams and gave us good restaurant tips while visiting the Christmas markets. The breakfast buffet was excellent and is a must unless you want to go into Strasbourg for breakfast as there is no where else we found very close to the hotel. The hotel is excellent value for money and was warm and comfortable at the end of long fun filled days at the Christmas markets and adventuring round Strasbourg and Colmar.

Overall the hotel was excellent for our visit. The rooms are modest in size and are functional but not beautiful. The cost is very reasonable with the nights we stayed about £150 per room compared with the Ibis at £350 per night and rooms in Strasbourg at over £500 per night.

The hotel is basic, room was small and the bathroom very small. However, the beds were very comfortable, everything perfectly clean and the breakfast excellent. Location is pleasant, very quiet and in a green area, very close to the river Ill. It is a few minutes walk to a tram/bus stop where you can take public transport to the city center. Staff was very nice, helpful and informative, spoke many languages. All in all, a very nice stay and will recommend to others who travel to Strasbourg.
