We were satisfied with the location. The room was clean, and the sheets and towels were also clean. The breakfast in the nearby café was good — a croissant and coffee (they also have decaf).All in all, we were satisfied.

The walls are quite thin, so you can hear everything from the rooms next to you, but we were lucky to have quiet neighbours. We had to call the owner when we arrived in front of the building door, and again when we reached the floor where the apartment is. The calls were made while roaming, but the charge wasn’t too bad (about 5 euros).

The location is great, hotel is easy to reach with metro, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area, Vatican museums in walkable distance. The room looked like in the pictures, it was clean and neat. We did not have issues getting in but only because we read in the reviews that we should call in advance. Overall it was the best option price wise in the city center we could get for our dates so I can't complain

I think it should be communicated much more clearly in the booking description that you need to call the administrator to get in. I only accidentally got this information from the reviews of other guests. I would prefer there were better communication through booking and not a link sent to some additional booking confirmation website with a chat where no one answers. The breakfast was not offered to us but it was not a big deal because you can find a lot of nice breakfast options close by.

This was a good place for a one night stay. I have heard other guests have trouble getting into the flat and checking in but it is relatively easy if you press the correct button outside to be buzzed in. You could also call the owner and he will give you instructions on how to get inside. I would recommend arriving during the normal check-in hours as some guests have had trouble getting checked in later at night. The room was very nice, beds were comfortable and clean. The shower and bathroom were also very good and clean. The location was pretty good. My group loves walking so we enjoyed the ~40 minute walk to get to the city center of Rome. Otherwise the public transport and busses were very convenient and there were many stations close by. Would recommend this b&b to anyone for coming to Rome for a short trip.

As long as you inform your arrival time and make sure you arrive within the given hours you will not have any problems. This is an apartment that has been rebuilt to have separate rooms. The room is not very large but well equipped. Plus for the included breakfast at a nearby bakery. Sheets are changed every day and towels as well. Calm neighbourhood. About 7 minutes walk to the metro station. 20 minutes to Saint Peter's Square. The owner speaks good English. The staff does not but tries their best to help and are very nice.

The floors could have been swept a bit better.

Facilities weren’t the best or most comfortable for the price, also the hosts would make chek ins very early and since the apartments are close - the noise was everywhere

The apartment's location is amazing and the bedroom is good size, clean and organized.

The arrival instructions were unclear and we didn't have the host's phone number. We waited outside of the apartment and fortunately, a couple was leaving the building and gave us access and the host's phone.

Good value for money. Good size room, clean, quiet area. TV and mini fridge included.

The check-in process. I had to call the owner once I arrived, and he talked me through getting into the room and checking in. With the possibility of not having a good connection or my phone's battery being dead, it worries me what could have happened if I couldn't actually call him.

Very calm, safe and great location, near Vatican, everything else is reachable by subway. The room was very clean, the host is great and very kind person. Breakfast is in nearby cafe by vouchers provided by the host (need to go 150 mt to grab your croissant and coffee). The property has an elevator which is great when you have luggages. PS: shampoo and shower gel is not provided by the property.

The neighborhood is really quiet and very close to Vatican city. Close to the metro station and bus top. No noise from outside. AC worked fine.

The shower drainage was full of hair, which I had to clean. The kettle was dirty with limescale.

The location was a walking distance from Stadio Olimpico and all main landmarks. The room had everything you might need for a short visit - a minifridge, a kettle, a hairdryer. The room and the ensuite bathroom were clean.

The barhroom.was very small but overall, an incredible value for the money. Would stay again!
