The Host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast spread was truly impressive, offering a fantastic variety of delicious options. The room itself was immaculate and exceptionally comfortable, with a luxurious bed ensuring a restful night's sleep. The property was incredibly peaceful, and we were delighted to spot kangaroos grazing nearby during the day. The stunning views were an added bonus. This was undoubtedly one of the best stays I've experienced in Australia. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed one night and wished we could have stayed longer. Leonie and Tim were excellent hosts and very friendly. The room was superb, we had the King bed with balcony. Everything was exceptional, it was a delight to see full size products like shampoo, conditioner, bath wash, body lotion, etc. Every little detail was thought of right down to the vanity kits and a heated bathroom floor. There were plush robes and slippers in the wardrobe, though we didn't use them. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, bacon,eggs,mushrooms, tomatoes,toast fresh orange juice, coffee and tea. We sat and ate breakfast with another couple and found ourselves chatting away with them and Leonie and Tim for over an hour..We went for a walk around the grounds when we first arrived and were surprised by the number of small marsupials hopping around, pademelons,wallabies. We will definitely be putting this place at the top of our list if we visit Hobart again!

I wouldn't day I didn't like it but the mattress was on the firm side, in saying that we slept soundly.

Room was neat and artistically done! It was such a pleasant sight. We had vanilla late, chocolate milk sachets as well, enjoyed them! The hosts very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. Quite close to Blackmans bay beach, an underrated lovely place.

Checkin time is 4pm, which is quite late in comparison to other accomodations. So, if you need an early checkin, make sure you inform them well in advance and also remind them one day in advance.

The BnB was very thoughtfully planned out. We had a big space and a private bathroom, with lots of thoughtful extras in the room. Was very quiet at night and had an amazing view of the water (as the name suggests!). We stayed in this location as it was only a 10-15 min drive to the Bruny Island ferry in Kettering. The host was lovely and prepared the most amazing breakfast for us!

Beautiful room, so clean and comfortable overlooking the water. Loved seeing the paddy melons come out every evening. Lovely home cooked breakfast with fresh fruit, home made bread and jams and fresh eggs.

Up on hill slope, balcony view was excellent. Wild animals are rising about, horses grazing nearby, goats grazing, wonderful weather adds to a wonderful feeling. Breakfast was great English - egg, bacon and bread, plus cereals.

Bedsheets had a stain.

the property had a nice view of the bay and hills (on the other side). We also enjoyed the hospitality of the host couple. Her breakfast was exceptional, generous and tasty.

Was an absolutely wonderful stay at the Waterview Gardens B&B. A lot of thought and effort has obviously gone into the design and appointment of the guest spaces, and this made for a very comfortable stay. Our hosts were very accommodating whilst very respectful of our personal space. Lovely gardens and amazing unobstructed views over the bay. Fresh and modern rooms, amazing bathroom complete with big bath and luxury brand toiletries supplied. All areas were very clean and welcoming. We can highly recommend Waterview Gardens B&B and will stay here again when we next return to the area.

Waterview gardens was an excellent property and thoroughly enjoyed our two days. The hosts supplied lots of extra nice touches and breakfast was superb!!! The hosts were very friendly and helpful about the local area.
