The view. there’s many opportunities to look out to see Mt Fuji (living room, kitchen, rooms). the kitchen has all the necessary equipment needed to cook (including rice cooker and toaster oven). there are both Western and Japanese style bedding. Near red line bustop, and walking distance to both Family Mart and 7-11

- Amazing location on the northern side of Lake Kawaguchiko that's near a lot of major attractions, assuming you drive. - Very spacious 2 floor accommodation with 2 single beds in one room and 4 futons in the adjoining room (note: no doors separate the rooms). - Good for a longer stay since it has a kitchen and living room area.

- Only one toilet tho thankfully it's in a separate room from the bathing room. - Messaged the property when I had arrived earlier in Lake Kawaguchi than planned but didn't get a reply.

Last minute booking and stay was great. Space was clean, bed was comfy, but the highlight for sure were the incredible views of Mt Fuji from the villa. I woke up and was floored at the amazing view of Fuji from the big picture window! There is a stunning view from practically every room. I slept in the bed but used the tatami to watch the sunrise from the middle room with the large window and that was surprisingly comfy. too. I was only there for a short overnight stay so I didn't use the kitchen but the cooking appliances, cookware and dinnerware were all nice and seemed very clean.

The room cost was expensive, but I think nicer hotels in area are generally at a more premium price point. The process of storing and retrieving luggage was clunky. It was stored at the monkey theatre office next door and no one was there when i was ready to retrieve my bags and running late to catch my train which caused added stress. Also - I arrived pretty late at night and the property was very dark. There is an automated light once you make it to the front porch but I needed my iphone flashlight to navigate my way to the door because it was pitch black otherwise! Some ambient lighting for safety at night might be helpful!

It is in a great location for those who drive, close to the quiet and peaceful Nagasaki park with a great view of Mt. Fuji. This place has a kitchen and utensils, and the living room downstairs was really nice for sitting and dining with family.

There is only one toilet downstairs, so it was pretty difficult for our parents (elderly). We rented a car and drove there, so it was easy, and the owners were very helpful. You can park your car right in front of the house. However, I am unsure about accessing this place if you use public transportation.

Staff greeted us on arrival from the next door monkey show facility. It was a nice quiet location with a bus short walk away, some fantastic local restaurants and not far from kombini. Amazing views from the bedrooms upstairs. A joy to open the blinds each morning to Fuji san. We would stay again.

The property is away from the crowds which is great, there is a bus at the end of the street that runs regularly, but doesn't have extended hours. Would be a better location with a bike or car delivered to site.

The villa is very clean. The view of Mt Fuji was great!

Great location for visiting Lake Kawaguchi and Maple Corridor. The window view of Fuji was amazing! We woke up to see Mt Fuji in all its glory. The facilities of the place were great! Didn't manage to use the BBQ area but we cooked breakfast before check out. Would have been lovely to stay for longer.

It's a bit far from Kawaguchiko Station so you will need to take a bus or taxi to the place.

The facility and location is great. We enjoyed the view of Fujisan from our villa.

Quiet and convenient with car. Free parking in front of the house. Kitchenware is ready for simple cook.

You can see Mt. Fuji from bedroom, and living room. Walk to nearby street for 2 mins, you can take nice photos with Mt. Fuji as well.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff who helped with check in was very friendly!

Bathroom is so cold as there is no heating. I would also like to suggest for the hosts to consider installing more hooks for clothes in bathroom, more towel racks and some storage near sink in bathroom
