The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I had not stayed at a Red Roof Inn for a very long time and decided to try it again. I had heard that the Red Roof Inn was no longer a good value, however in my case I found that not to be true. The room was appropriately supplied with all basic needs, was very clean and tidy, and I slept in a very comfortable bed and I found the discounted price to be a true value. I will surely seek to book my next visit to the area at this location.

I have no complaints and would recommend this property to my friends.

Friendly and helpful staff, respectful to my dog, privacy and was very supportive this last time in particular after I had faced a life challenge…My dog and I thank you for making our long stay so confortable and we couldn’t have done it without you! 👍🙏 This is the best Red Roof+ in the area, perhaps the entire State - most definitely far above average - including modern/updated rooms, upgrades, wood-like flooring (not carpet)!🙏👍. Bedding is new, modern, clean and comfy as are the pillows! 👍👌 The WiFi/Internet is reliable and fast, (I’ve been at other RRIs in the area and service is constantly interrupted and very unreliable. The coffee is always hot at reception and someone is always available at the front desk to support check in, basic needs, towels, shampoo, lotion, etc. There’s a laundry machine and dryer onsite. Very reasonably priced, clean and efficient. Vending options as well but must have cash only and rather pricey due to 3rd party pricing not RRI. 10/10👍👍👍👍

It was a very safe location, with a lot of restaurants around so many options to eat close by. The bed was very comfy, and my girlfriend lost her makeup bag and we were able to get it back after we had already came home due to the room service turning it in.

There was a woman constantly smoking weed outside of our door so the smell was bothersome, but I understand it is legal in Ohio now, I just personally hate the smell just like cigarette smoke. Also, the lady checking us in was very kind but mixed up our booking at first so we thought that Booking.com had not sent in our booking correctly but it was actually just her looking at someone else’s name. But she was a very nice lady too.

It was quiet, the room was very clean! The price was super affordable for 2 nights. It was close to the Columbus Zoo, and it has amazing amenities in the room one of which being my favorite was room service for different foods. I do plan on staying here again. Staff was also super friendly and made everything so easy to check in and out. ❤️

The remote to the tv wouldn’t work.

The bed was comfortable but bring your own pillow. The room was very clean and plenty of outlets around the room to plug in and do work. Mini fridge and microwave were both very clean. Bathroom was clean with a separate sink outside the door large mirror

the lighting was very dim in the sink and bathroom. The room size was a little small but it was a king bed so it was just a shuffle if you were walking the same way another person was. dead spider in the bathroom

Location perfect for our visit with our son whose apartment is about 2 miles away off Tuttle Crossing. Easy walk to McDonald’s in the Kroger plaza for breakfast. Upgraded room very clean, liked the hard flooring, and mattresses pretty comfortable even though full beds and not queen—size. Snacks and drinks were a nice touch.

Water pressure pretty inconsistent even though shower head seemed new and took a good while to heat. By late evening, it seemed like the trash cans near the stairs were full because people left stuff on the ground. All cleaned up by morning, though.

The location of the bed. I wish the layout of the red roof rooms was that the bathroom was in the front so that if you answer the door for a delivery - or even need to run out to the car - the bed and the person in it is completely exposed, to both weather elements or outside eyes. It would feel safer if the bed was not directly accessed to the door.

The staff was very friendly. Even helped when I needed it.

The Management of the property Deborah was very rude and even though I stated my situation and didn’t have anywhere else to go. She banned me from booking the location again because of an unknown reason that was not stated. AFTER I spent over 1500 for a week almost 2 weeks stay with them! Then smiled in my face as if she wasn’t the one being rude over the telephone.

Room was clean. Premium meant they provided extra with snacks and coffee. Staff was very helpful, even carrying down my suitcase for me and retrieving an item we left as we were packing up our car.

Price was high considering but it was close to festival so understandable.

Ground level room made it easy for elderly parent. Easy access to parking. Very quiet for a weekend and what seemed to be a nearly full parking lot. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, ample lighting, outlets and counter space.

Sink was outside the bathroom which made it feel unhygienic opening a door after using the bathroom. No hand soap provided. Was not a major inconvenience and didn't detract from the overall comfort.
