Friendly staff, always ready to help. The beach is 200 meters from the hotel, here the entrance is rocky. If you walk 200 meters to the left to the cafe, then the entrance to the sea is sandy. Breakfast is standard, from fruits there were orange, banana, grapefruit, grapes, apple. On the first day of arrival, a free dinner or lunch is offered to choose from. Dinner includes a drink. Dinner is plentiful, but we've only been there once. The day before departure, someone borrowed our mattress without asking. When we told the girls at the reception about this, they told us that some people "lose" their phones in the lounge area by the pool. Of course it's not the fault of the staff, you can't keep track of everyone. But do not leave your belongings unattended by the outdoor pool. The room is spacious. The climate control worked well. The rule of the hotel is silence after 23. Our room was above the bar, where there were often discos, if they stayed a little longer than they were supposed to, they immediately stopped at my request.

tea and coffee should be refilled more often

The hotel is great, has everything (great pool, tennis court, parking, spa, bars, dinning room, kids playground and kids club) very comfortable for a family, best beach around 7 min walk, good prices for cocktails and beers no need to look outside, pool is lovely, breakfast is good for 4* hotel, staff is great and location is great 5-10 min walk from all the central areas restaurants and bars. the spa offers great deals for massage not expensive better then streets spa, the reception staff very welcoming and gives lot of information. Recommend for families and couples! the population is great, can have a good rest at the pool.

The spa jacuzzi is cold water, need warming option, the breakfast is great but same every morning, after 5 days we needed diversity, but grand total a great vacation.

All new and clean hotel. Good breakfast and buffet for dinner option. Adaptors for the plugs through deposit of 5 euro. Spacious and clean room. Nice pool area and bar with live music everyday. Nice and helpful staff at reception.

There were no amenities at all at the bathroom, and no hair dryer, but I had everything on me, so this was not a problem. The bed was ok, but for many days is too hard.

We had an amazing stay, I appreciate a lot the hotel, clean, close to the beach, breakfast was very good, a lot of choices. They welcomed us with lemonade, changed the towels every day. Very nice ladies at the reception. They have outdoor pool which is very nice surrounded by palm trees.

Sauna was closed by 19:00, very early.

Comfy beds, nice room and facilities decided to extend and keep the same room which wasn’t a problem

Everything was perfect, the place is very clean and new, spacious rooms. Buffet food was very good with mexican for the night! The only disadvantage was the indoor pool which was freezing cold.

In the room never been shampoo, shover gel and lotion. You must know it.

It was perfect, room and hotel very clean, the food from breakfast was very good with many choices! You can pay and eat as well lunch or dinner there and trust me that is the best choice, the food is fresh and great! Also coffee was good ! The staff was great!The location is next to the beach, 2 minutes, towels for beach you can take from them! They have private parking, it is small but we found a place every time! Spa is ok but it is open only from 09-18 even if on the timetable it’s written from 09-19, the water from inside pool is cold! All the beautiful beaches like Nissi, Makronissos,Capo Greco, Konnos and Fig Tre are 15 minutes away by car from the hotel!

It was a perfect vacation for us! We got a quiet room like we asked, it was spotless and the cleaning ladies kept it that way throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful inside, especially the 4th floor corridors. Breakfast had so much variety, I don't think we tried everything! The beach was close, just a few minutes of walking, and it was not very busy. Very happy with our stay!

The pool was a little small and sometimes overcrowded but the water in it was so warm and pleasant that it compensated for it. The jacuzzi in the spa area had very cold water and it was not relaxing at all! Also, the steam room had an unpleasant smell (probably sweat, as it was next to the gym) and we could not use it. Good thing we did not want to spend too much time in there, as the weather was lovely and it would have been a shame to stay indoors.

Super central and overall a good hotel. Be warned, there is a lot of young people there, however, they were respectful and not loud
