We always stay at this hotel when we visit Cherokee because it is always sparkling clean with an exclusive feel of class and elegance. The beds are so comfortable with beautiful, crisp linens and soft pillows. The bathrooms are freshly updated with beautiful fixtures. Hallways and common areas are clean and inviting, and the hot breakfast beats most restaurants in the area. We would never stay anywhere else; and, oh, I forgot to say it is right across the street from the casino! With the well-lit sidewalk from the hotel to the street. I can be at the casino door within an approximately five minute walk ( actually a shorter distance than if we stayed at the Harrah’s Casino hotel itself!)!

We love everything about this hotel. I also feel very safe walking back and forth to the casino even without my husband and at my age of 71 years because the hotel has such fine security and all walkways to the casino property are so well lit!

We loved the location. It was easy to check-in. The rooms were comfy.

The shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash had not been refilled. The staff was not knowledgeable about events going on in the area. The breakfast (coffee, eggs, bacon, etc.) was not able to be replenished in a timely manner because there was only one person doing it.

Everything except the bathroom tub. See below. Special shout out to the young man managing the breakfast area -- hard-working, efficient, very good with people.

I would have given all stellar responses had it not been for the floor of the tub. It was so slippery when wet that we could not use the shower.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was well presented and had a very good variety to choose from. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. It met our needs for our travel.

I didn’t care for the frittatas. The room bathroom needed a little more attention. There was a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower rod from a previous guest. My husband commented the hotel smelled like cigarettes, even though we didn’t see anyone smoking.

Lovely Hotel. Excellent location to everything you will need for visiting Cherokee. Directly across the street from the Casino. Five minute walk to restaurants and Casino. All the shops in Cherokee less than a mile away. Will stay here again next time visiting Cherokee. Would recommend.

The location is the in heart of Cherokee directly across from the Casino area. There is a side walk so being able to walk safely is nice. I truly loved the breakfast. I had a great selection and the young lady worked hard to keep it fully stocked.

The room was not as clean as it could of been. There were papers and a hair band beside the bed left over from previous guests. Although I know many people are short staffed, having cleanliness is an important thing.

Breakfast was great with a variety of different foods. Bed was comfortable. Upon leaving we encountered a dead car battery. Brooke was extremely helpful in helping to get this problem resolved. We will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was great, but the staff was very slow about keeping the food up. At 8:30 am, food ran completely out, The was slow in cleaning up trash, and they had 2 staffer.

The rooms were fantastic, breakfast was good, a 1 minute walk to casino. Quiet, staff was very pleasant.

The pool was shut down for renovation, though no one was working to renovate. Gates on patio was dirty, gas grills were hideous, a large window screen laying in the back of hotel.

The room was great- clean and comfortable- and the staff were very friendly!

The only issue was MINOR that the layout of the breakfast area made it tough get food and coffee without being constantly in someone's way. I would suggest moving the coffee station to another location.
