Very nice breakfast. Location is good but not suitable for people with disabilities.

Wellness hasn’t been offered before check in and check out time, what did not give pleasant experience.

Essentially, it’s three hotels with different types of accommodation sharing the same infrastructure. We stayed in a bungalow, which is a convenient option for a large family. A very large pool complex, both indoors and outdoors. There was enough space even during peak hours on May 1st. Plenty of lockers for belongings and changing cabins. Toilets available for both adults and children. There is a pool for very young children as well as one for toddlers. Excellent breakfast – varied and plentiful. Car parking available. For bungalows – right next to the unit, which is very convenient. Friendly staff at every service point. Beautiful, well-maintained grounds. A children's playground with nearby tables where you can sit with a drink and keep an eye on the kids.

I would have liked a slightly wider selection of beer at the bars.

Beautiful location, very well maintained, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the bungalow but had full access to all facilities at Mövenpick hotel across the street. I loved that there is an Orthodox Church on site for our daily prayers and soul nourishment - this is very appealing to me. Complimentary mini bar and also barista style coffee machine available all day. 12 saunas, 10 pools, solarium and so much more, excellent restaurants. Full buffet breakfast was included in our package which was fresh and delicious!! The wellness spa is all on beautifully manicured gardens, with nature on your doorstep, soothing thermal water showers.- peace and tranquillity. What more could you want for a wellness spa that takes care of our mind, body and soul? Close to the town Vrdnik to pick up any supermarket supplies, apothecary and small fresh food market. Monasteries are nearby for daily outings as well as beautiful scenic drives. All approx 35-45 mins from Nikola Tesla airport. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!! We hope to come again.

There really is not anything that I could think of, though I would have liked the couch to be less firm, but this is a matter of preference and does not detract from the overall experience for us.

Room was great, doesn’t have a balcony but the environment is so great that you will not stay at the room for too long during the day. Great restaurants near the hotel with excellent food and music in the evening, but a little bit pricey. You can use pools and wellness facilities in the Fruske terme hotel which is next to Vrdnicka kula hotel. Pool and wellness are the best part of this trip. I was amazed! This is the next level of relaxation. Everything at the pool bar is more expensive compared to prices in the city, so be prepared.

Prices in bars at the pool are higher than I expected.

Check-in was quick and smooth. We were given two connected rooms, and a baby cot was included at no extra charge. I’ve never experienced two fully stocked fridges with soft drinks included in the room price — that was a great surprise! The accommodation also included free access to the wellness & spa complex just across the street, which we happily took advantage of. The area around the hotel was beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was of very high quality. Parking was available right in front of the hotel and free of charge, which we really appreciated.

It rained in the morning, and to get to breakfast, we had to walk to the hotel across the street and go down to a specific floor. It’s not as convenient as just going down one level for breakfast like in a regular hotel.

Breakfast offers a large selection of food. Perhaps some of it is not suitable for breakfast, but if it applies to guests of different ages and habits, then it is understandable. The food was freshly prepared, you could prepare the juices yourself, which is a great advantage

The restaurant is in the hot air zone of the surrounding pools, which is not at all comfortable for guests who come dressed, it is too hot for them without ventilation. This comfort is intended for lightly dressed guests or draped in bathrobes. Imagine that you come from outside dressed for cold weather only a few degrees above zero, and thus sit in the area where you are supposed to spend time while having breakfast. The quickest way to eat is to get out as soon as possible.

Very quiet rooms in this hotel. Well-groomed territory. Enough entertainment (swimming pool, spa, playroom and children's playground, etc). For the couple of days it’s not boring

No room service. We wanted to order dinner in our room, because baby was sleeping and we couldn’t go anywhere. But the receptionist said that there is no option to order food in the room. It seems that restaurants don’t have plastic cutlery or any when we wanted order food “to go”. And to eat with hands in the room isn’t very comfortable. On the whole territory there is no food stores or supermarkets. It’s strange, because you can live here in apartments with kitchen. So people should bring food with them?

We had wonderful stay. We liked anlmost everything - Facilities, locations, hotel, swimming pools, slides, quality of services, staff at reception, design, rooms.

1) We felt that despite high hotel prices, they went a bit too much with overpriced items of things like ice cream especially without any additional value added. They sell standard ice cream in restaurants from regular shops for 3 times higher price ?! It impacted whole experience as a bit greedy especially considering that hotel is highly priced but it can be argued as better quality. It left a bit of bad impression despite wonderful time and stay 2) lack of more restaurant options nearby

Very clean room, comfy bed, pine trees in the backyard and absolutely fabulous breakfast with honeycomb, omelettes, Serbian pancakes and thousands of tasty things, one of the best in my life. The water complex with sounas and relaxation rooms is included, and it is a very pleasant experience both for adults and for children. The staff was polite. The local restaurant serves tasty local dishes and decent IPA on tap.

Water complex and breakfast is in the other building like 3 min walk. There are no shops and drugstores nearby, and you have to go via expensive taxi to Vrdnik in case you need something. The parking lot was closed due to some road work, so I had to use restaurant parking and called the reception every time I needed to pass.

Beautiful location we enjoyed the fresh air and felt rejuvenated after spending days in different pools and saunas. We had massages which were amazing. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurants have great food too. We loved our cabin where we could hang out together - two mothers with daughters trip.

Nobody was there to help us with luggage to the cabin and we had to carry our luggage up the stairs which was not very convenient both times when we arrived and when we left.
