the breakfast was amazing, and staff were very understanding when I told them to package my breakfast as take ways. location was easily accessible as it was my first-time in Bloemfontein. I did not struggle with gate to get in guest house or stay long outside when I arrived.

I was bit disappointed when I realised there is no iron and ironing board. it was our graduation day; we didn't iron our clothes from home. so, we were having impression that will iron our staff when get at guest house. If you can put iron, ironing board and spare twin plug in the room for in case.

We ddnt have breakfast but our stay was phenomenal we enjoyed and had a fabulous time the lady that welcomed us so friendly and welcoming she's very good and thanks once more for giving the bigger room free at charge everything looked beautiful the decoration the cleaness of the room everytbing was just spot on we enjoyed our stay and will most definitely come.back again

Nothing everything was just perfect. The lady we checked out on she needs to fix her attitude sbe had braids on but besides all that everything was fabulous 👌 👏 👍

The garden, with its unique sculptures and tranquil, natural ambiance, made our stay truly special. The staff was outstanding, both professional and friendly. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. We regret not requesting dinner in advance, as we're sure it would have been wonderful to experience. Overall, we had a fantastic time at the guesthouse and can’t wait to visit again.

We liked everything about the place

It is well situated, very neat, and clean. Our room was large with a nice bathroom and the bed was comfortable. Good and safe parking. The fact that we could successfully book about 2 hours before arriving.

We booked very late while on the road, so the staff were not ready for us, but they made a plan. While the room was very neat and clean, the waste basket had not been cleaned and there was only one rusk. However, these were all because of our late booking.

The property was very excellent, from the bedroom to the bathroom. I would recommend it to anyone. The balcony is quiet and peaceful. There's toys for kids to play with. I'll be lying if I can say there's something I didn't like. In short, everything was perfect

The process of checking in was very easy, the reception lady was very welcoming and treated me with respect. The best part was my room, AMAZING! The cleaning ladies as well, very good people.

Parking lot is very small, I wish you guys could reserve a parking spot for each room if possible.

the most thing I liked about the staff they were so supportive of me after the accident I had outside the gate. When the guy was trying to be rude to me, they supported me as their customer.

The area is quiet and makes relaxing in a big comfortable bed that much worth it.

The parking is tight and doesn't allow for a trailer to be parked once other guests are parked.

The front view, it beautiful as well as the pool. The kitchen was so open as well as the dining room. I can recommend it. The room was so clean and smelling nice. Keep it up good people. I was so really happy.

The breakfast was nice, but it would be great if you could pay for it when you do book. Location and the rooms where great.
